I had experience here with the tattoo lady do my drink. I order two time and she didn’t do what I ask for.
This place is very close to my house but because of her I don’t want to order here anymore

Other locations get my order wrong about half of the time (I order an unsweet iced matcha with light ice) but they nailed it. It's the best matcha I've ever had from any Starbucks.

Called in an order at the Food City location only to find out that a water main had broken. They graciously refunded my money, but I wonder why they couldn't have emailed me to prevent the drive? ?‍♀️

Excellent place to pick up coffee, I prefer it to the Starbucks store in town. The employees are always friendly, helpful, smiling and going the extra mile. I always enjoy stopping by, even if I'm not shopping at Food City and just picking up Starbucks.

worst experience i’ve ever had. one of the workers, micheal was very very rude. didn’t even pay attention when i was trying to order. rang me up for the wrong items. made both of my drinks wrong. anytime he is there he’s very very rude. very disappointed in my service

A little different than a chain store because it's inside Food City. Staff isn't trained as well. They can only scan gift cards. Orders have been wrong on multiple occasions.

BEWARE CLOSES AT 7PM NOT 9PM. It states "confirmed " 10 weeks ago about the closing times. We google & see this location is nearest & thats 30 mins! Drive there and walk in at 7pm & the young lady said WERE CLOSED! It seems to m3 that in my experiences with many locations they just close when they want! 6pm...7pn...8pm... The purpose of stating your opening & closing times so that people can look to see if you are OPEN! WHEN IT SAYS OPEN & U DRIVE TO GET THERE 2 HOURS BEFORE CLOSE AND ITS CLOSED IS RIDICULOUS. NOT EVERYONE LIVES CLOSE BY TO JUST DROP IN BUT PLAN IT. UPDATE YOUR TIMES SO LOYAL CUSTOMERS WHO SPEND A LOT OF MONEY CAN GET A DRINK. REMEMBER...THIS IS WHERE " YOUR HAPPY STARTS HERE"
