Usually I love Steak ‘n Shake. However, today was a big disappointment. I went through drive thru. The burger was cold, bun was cold, cheese barely melted. It was 11:30 am. They didn’t even have a lunch rush. I always order a cup of cheese sauce on the side and it was barely enough for a small fry. They use to give a big cup of hot steamy cheese, but even it was cold. It’s like they were preparing for a lunch rush and made everything ahead of time and let it sit. Very disappointing. Do not recommend at lunchtime.

Nothing special about the food not the way it used to be for sure. Service? What service they call out a number we serve ourselves how many service people lost their jobs when this change was made? Atmosphere was very very off had a man be extremely rude to me and my husband when we asked about cup sizes paid for a large but they didn't even have large cups available definitely not any people on stand by Incase you need any help.

Awesome service Montana was kind and patient walking my boyfriend and i through ordering on the kiosk as it was our first time using it. After our food was served he personally checked to see how everything was 5 star service from Montana. Thanks for making out visit a very enjoyable one

Starting off there were no humans to order from at all and the machine took 5 bucks of my money. Then the drink machine only let me get one drink without a refill thanks to the dumb scanner. All condiments where placed in a way to make you not use them and the seasoning cups are a joke only getting a pinch of seasoning it’s such a waste of plastic and surprising that people haven’t retaliated yet. Ohhh but that’s not all after leaving this restaurant made me so so sick that it has put me in the hospital so along with the ridiculous price the machine made me pay 15$ I now haft to pay a 5-10k hospital bill because of the horrible cooking ability and cleanliness of this god awful excuse for a restaurant.
Food and shakes were good. The scan for a drink system is not good. Pretty much everyone in the place was confused and the drink machines didn’t properly work. If the fear is that people will steal soft drinks they should just put the dispensers behind the counter

Everyone is right about the computer attendants.. It's a very odd atmosphere.. the food was good but took way too long for the little number of people that was there. They gave us our shakes promptly, but after 15 min, we started drinking them because they were melting fast. Ended up finishing the shake . About 5 min b4 the burgers came out .. [25min'ish] .. will I go back.. Naa, if I do, I'd be sure to tell them not to fix my shake until my burger was completed.
The quad burger was delicious!
