Absolutely the worst experience at a steak and shake I have ever had. Me and my family will not be returning.
When you walk out n the door you are not greeted by anyone, just a row of kiosk to place your own order. If you have a question about something on the menu good luck… Then the famous self pay question…. would you like to leave a tip? Who am I tipping the one guy that randomly comes out from the back to yell your name?
After placing my order I received several receipts to scan to get our drinks. What is this? You have to scan for the fountain machine to turn on.
Now the wait for food. The food came out in a timely manor. Although some of it was cold…
One of my favorite parts of steak and shake is the season salt. At this location you don’t get the shaker. You get 1 oz cups with less than a pinch of salt in it. So after getting the 3 cup they had I had to go ask for more but keep in mind I was with my family (a family of 5). The 5 cups may have had the amount of salt one salt packet has in it.

The burger was great and affordable. The onion rings kind of sucks though. Their milkshakes are huge and delicious. 8/10 would definitely go again just for a another milkshake.

Chili not hot (no crackers or spoon in the bag). Fries great but burger average. Used to be great burger but this is not worth the time or $$. Burger not fresh and hot.

The food was good. We didn't care for the self service kiosk system. Had to clean our table.
I don't like that. You have to go in and use the computer to put your whole order in and not go to the desk.And like somebody put it in for you. They were really busy, so a lot of tables just needed wiped off people would took their trays and put them where they belonged but the tables just needed to be wiped off very fast service.

Had to use a kiosk to order! Then it asked if I wanted to leave a tip! I thought am I going to get the tip since I waited on myself? With that said the food was great and even with the hassle of having to wait on myself I would go back!
