Sean was the best customer service I've ever received from a Subway. It was late just got off work at midnight and hungry. Drove all the way from Monterey to find something open. Stumbled upon a subway still open on willow. I walked in and was I'm immediately welcomed in with a friendly face by Sean. He used proper cleanliness and customer service. Was able to answer all my question. I settled on an chicken, bacon, ranch sub with his recommendation. And boy was he right it was amazing. I've had it from a different subway and it didn't taste as good as the one from him. 5 stars for Sean. He made my stressful night better and soothed the hangry person I became. Anyways your worker deserves a raise!

Stopped by Subway last minute today with my family. You can’t go wrong with Subway There are plenty of options for both adults and kids. My wife went with a ham sub, my boys got the cheese and steak subs.
Even though it was the busiest time of day, the older lady behind the counter was kind, patient, and handled everything with ease. The place is spacious enough for a comfortable meal and conversation, with plenty of parking and easy access off a busy street in Cookeville.
The only downside? Prices. Two footlongs and chips, no drinks, came out to $27, which feels a bit steep. Not something we'll visit often, but a nice splurge once a quarter.

The employees at this particular location are always super friendly! I wish I had the name of the lady that served me and my friends on April the 20th at like 11:00 p.m. ish. When I say she is one of the most friendly and personable people that I have dealt with in the food industry in a very long time, I'm not even exadurating!

Wanda closed early Sunday night/ Monday 10/14/24. The door showed 2 am closing, as well as the app. Ordered 2 sandwiches no later than 12:05 am. Got there about 12:30 and I saw Wanda to the back. 3 or 4 college kids just walked out and got in their car so I was giving her a minute to use the restroom or grab a drink. I work in food. I understand. And I didn't see my food where they normally put pick up orders. So because I didn't go in immediately and was trying to give her 5 minutes to rest I didn't get my food and Wanda flipped the lights off to leave and I said ma'am I placed an order 30 minutes ago and said since it was after 12 and they close at 12 there was nothing she could do. Wow. Incredible.
