Was home before realized it was t done well. The Italian herbs and cheese bread was awesome but it had been microwaved too long making it very tough. Sad! The flat bread was also same way or even tougher. They fed most of it to the dog. And someone forgot the cheese on the steak egg and cheese flatbread. It would have been good if not so tough

Depending on who's working but mostly pretty friendly service and even quirky at times.
My boyfriend and I stopped by tonight and we were greeted with the sweetest worker. Isaac was the only worker in the building, but still made time to not only greet every single person that came in, but he did it with a smile. After talking to him I found out today was only his second day. You wouldn’t be able to tell though. Isaac cleared out the line in a timely manner all while keeping up with online orders. I didn’t expect to walk into subway tonight and leave in a better mood all because of the worker. Isaac had the best attitude I’ve ever seen from a fast food employee which says a lot considering he was the only worker there and dealing with a lot of orders. His station stayed clean, he treated every single person with respect, and kept a smile on his face the entire time. I truly hope he gets the praise he deserves for being such an amazing worker. As a previous manager in fast food, I would have been ecstatic to have a worker like Isaac. It’s so hard to find good workers and this restaurant has one of the best. Thank you Isaac for making our night.
Put in an online order for a Foot Long Roast Beef on Italian Bread with Provolone and Extra Mayo. Got the Sandwich home only to discover that the Sandwich Artists on Shift couldn't be bothered to put any Mayo on the sandwich and just threw Mayo packets in with the sandwich, that is extremely Lazy! On top of that there was barely any Roast Beef on the Sandwich, for what you're charging for a Foot Long I expect there to be a bit more meat than what I got...very slack Sandwich. Management needs to get on these night time Sandwich Artists about doing their job. Will not order from this location again.
