I was just there and got the stake grilled cheese burrito with extra nacho cheese which is typically made correctly other than this time and the time before this one but I went to open it and there was only 2 peices of meat and nothing but chipotle sauce with 2 red crips. No rice no nothing just a chipotle filled burrito. It was super light and squished so I knew they forgot to actually put the stuff into it. This has been the second time this has happened here. I didn’t pay $7 on a chipotle filled burrito even paid extra for the nacho cheese sauce and still didn’t get it. I’m sorry but I’m about done with this location they make you pay for something and give you the bare minimum. There’s supposed to be rice in this burrito and there’s literally nothing. Definitely wasted money on this. So beware if you come here they will not fill your order like they’re supposed to or make it how it’s supposed to be. I typically come to this location often after work but I think I’ll go to the other location. I took a pic of the bite that had the 2 peices of steak on it and proof of how small and squished it was with no rice what so ever and just chipotle instead of cheese sauce just as proof.

The store manager Michael needs to be promoted immediately. The whole store is amazingly clean and I got a gigantic burrito! HEALTH INSPECTION definitely A+ here! His customer service skills are amazing and he talks to everyone great and even had a 3 minute conversation through the window.

Locked the doors during fourth of July even though normally they're open at this time. This created a 50 car pileup out into the main street as everyone was trying to go through the drive through (which took longer than 40 minutes to get through)

Literally the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life and I’ve managed several restaurants including fast food. The girl in the drive thru window rolls her eyes and get an attitude anytime you ask for something simple. The manager also has a bad attitude, there was no need for her to have an attitude just because I placed two orders on the app. I would NEVER allow an employee or manager like those two to work in my work place. Horrible environment, you should treat customers with kindness because they are the reason you have a check, this is something I always tell all my employees. Taco Bell you should be ashamed having employees/managers like that. If you gotta worry about going to eat there a certain time of day because of how staff will treat you is just sad.

I ordered the Pizza and a large sweet tea. The pizza was so small only about 6” round. When I opened the box it smelled like the box. It taste awful. It was so thin with what looked to be so kind of meat spread, not HB meat I was so angry I couldn’t even eat it. It was nasty tasting. Lesson learned I will never eat there again. For $10.00 I could have got a Pizza Hut Medium Pizza.
