The store manager Michael needs to be promoted immediately. The whole store is amazingly clean and I got a gigantic burrito! HEALTH INSPECTION definitely A+ here! His customer service skills are amazing and he talks to everyone great and even had a 3 minute conversation through the window.

Locked the doors during fourth of July even though normally they're open at this time. This created a 50 car pileup out into the main street as everyone was trying to go through the drive through (which took longer than 40 minutes to get through)

Literally the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life and I’ve managed several restaurants including fast food. The girl in the drive thru window rolls her eyes and get an attitude anytime you ask for something simple. The manager also has a bad attitude, there was no need for her to have an attitude just because I placed two orders on the app. I would NEVER allow an employee or manager like those two to work in my work place. Horrible environment, you should treat customers with kindness because they are the reason you have a check, this is something I always tell all my employees. Taco Bell you should be ashamed having employees/managers like that. If you gotta worry about going to eat there a certain time of day because of how staff will treat you is just sad.

The food just seems to be getting worse and worse.
I ordered the Pizza and a large sweet tea. The pizza was so small only about 6” round. When I opened the box it smelled like the box. It taste awful. It was so thin with what looked to be so kind of meat spread, not HB meat I was so angry I couldn’t even eat it. It was nasty tasting. Lesson learned I will never eat there again. For $10.00 I could have got a Pizza Hut Medium Pizza.

I placed an online order and ate in the dining room. When I sat down I realized there was not only 1 thing wrong with my order, but 4. I happily excused two of the errors, and they happily replaced the other two. When I sat back down one of the items that was replaced was still not correct. The team was very friendly, but seemed as if they weren’t really paying attention to detail. I also felt as if the quality of the food could’ve been better. Pic of my spicy potato soft taco that was supposed to have no sauce, add sour cream. They must be running out of lettuce?? 3/13/25 5pm
