This place is incredible. The Birria tacos are super authentic. I felt like I was in Mexico for a second. The red and green salsas are incredible too.

Paid for the nachos because the picture advertised looked good. Had guacamole, jalapeños, sour cream, pico de gallo, ect.
What i got was just chips cheese, steak, and lettuce. When i asked if it comes with everything on the advertised picture…he smiled and said no. Just be honest man.

Solid mexican food coming from someone who has eaten mexican food across multiple southern states and in Mexico as well. The flour and corn tortillas were the right texture and taste along with the beans and carne asada. The hot sauce in the little containers was the exact same way. This is our new weekly spot.
Visited this Mexican food truck and tried the quesabirria, pollo asado and horchata.
The quesabirria was delicious, with great flavor, but I wish they had added more cilantro and onion—I could barely taste them. That said, the overall taste was still fantastic.
The pollo asado was well-cooked and well-seasoned, definitely a solid choice. I had asked for no lettuce, but they added it anyway—not a big deal, just something to note.
The horchata was excellent! It had the perfect balance of sweetness, unlike some places where it’s overly sugary.
Overall, great food and flavors! I’d definitely come back.
Chicken tacos are amazing, salsa is excellent
Amazing food!! I got the street tacos and almost picked my plate. I got two steak, two pork, 1 chicken it came with a couple pickled carrots and cucumbers which set those tacos off!! With some of the best perfectly spicy salsa verde I’ve ever had! My husband got the barria mega quesadilla and it looked mouth watering! He is also a horchata snob and said this truck was selling the real deal. We can’t wait to come back and try something else! Friendly staff and great service also.

Taco truck is located in the Marathon gas station parking lot. The Tennessee health inspection was 98 out of 100. Had a delicious carnitas (crispy) burrito and quesa birria tacos. Will definitely stop again on our travels to and from Nashville.

Got the barbacoa burrito. Really soft burrito with a lot of soft fillings. Meat wasn’t that flavorful. Mainly filled with refried beans and lettuce.

Will absolutely be going here again! So yummy! In a gas station parking lot, and there were unsavory individuals hanging around the area, but to no fault of the food truck. If it was somewhere I felt safer, I'd be there every time I passed Cookeville! Great prices and incredible food.

Small food trailer parked at a gas station, and one of the most authentic tasting chicken burritos I've had outside of Mexico.I travel for business and try to avoid eating at the same place twice so I can try more places. I will likely go back anyways, it was that good.Cash only, but quick and friendly service.
