Food was good. Came out quick. I gave only 4 stars because the drink/bbq sauce station needed cleaning and some of the sauce bottles were empty. Also, our table was soaking wet when we sat down so we had to use paper towels to dry ourselves. Nachos were great and my husband’s brisket was good but his Mac and cheese was very basic.

Love this place! Best BBQ brisket, pulled pork, smoked sausage, everything is delicious! Our favorite place to eat when in the area ❤️
I visited after a long, exhausting hike and was starving. I was disappointed all the way around.1) Portions are small. I ordered the chicken tacos and had to order more food to get full.2) I specifically asked if the chicken was shredded and they said yes - it wasn’t. It was pulled. And fatty.3) I had to assemble my own tacos. They’re served with ingredients separate. If I wanted to assemble food, I’d have eaten at home.4) I had to supplement my tacos with queso. It tasted burned.5) The food isn’t flavorful. It’s quite bland. Even the jalapeño queso was bland.6) The atmosphere was nice and it’s conveniently located but the food - needs some work.

We eat at The Blue Pig almost weekly and we love it! Kent and Jake have put their hearts and souls into this special place on the west side. Kent smokes ALL the meat he serves… very few can say that! Our favorites are the sweet potato nachos, cowboy nachos and combo platter (the candied smoked pork sausage is SO GOOD) don’t forget to have Jake or Angela make you a cocktail - they make the best margaritas in town!
Disappointing. Over priced for the quality of the food. Cowboy nachos were mostly nachos with hardly any toppings and less flavor. Pulled pork was bland.Poor set up - servers walk through where you stand to order food.

Ore ribs. No meat. Not that good. Disappointed. Food truck in Sparta is a lot better. Potawatomi salad was good. Beans. Not so much. 25 $ wasted. That's for one.

We had an amazing lunch at The Blue Pig, and they were so kind & obliging about setting up a table outside so that we could eat outside with our Frenchies! The food was delicious, especially the brisket and sweet potato waffle fries with a hint of sweet cinnamon!!!! YUM!!! I’d go again in a heartbeat!!!
Hands-down the best ribs and brisket I’ve eaten in my life but they serve much more than just barbecue. Tacos, sandwiches, burgers, everything I’ve tried has been very tasty.
