Customer service was great. Food was alright. My only complaint is that the catering staff said they were going to bring ice. They only brought 1 bag of ice to a 90 person wedding, and only 50 coffee cups. I just felt like they were unprepared for certain things.

Hey everyone, I recently used right choice for my wedding at the end of October 2023. Melissa is fantastic to work with, she's very understand and forgiving lol. Right choice is a great option for any event you have planned, most of the food was wonderful, and the staff is okay, the price is affordable.I'm going to not give them 5 stars for a few things that happened that night. For starters the staff was tipped previous to the engagement, which is where I believe most of the problems began.( My choice) My guest reported they could see the staff eating before my guests were fed, while I don't mind that they eat perhaps not in front of starving guests ? We had made arrangements with Melissa to have her staff keep up on drinks including sealed tea we provided, this was not done. We paid extra for cake cutting services, the cake was cut, like a birthday cake, my 111 piece cake turned into a 50 piece cake. Not quite what I paid for. As for the promised bride and groom meal to take home, it was non consistent left overs, I'm pretty sure they scrapped my plate from earlier into a box and then set it on a counter where is was out for hours in a hot environment, I was so exhaustef by the end of the night I didn't care, but looking back I realized it was not a good situation. Moral of the story, don't tip till the end of the night and don't ask for extras even if you pay. Other wise the food was good and Melissa is great. I'm sure if her staff was motivated to handle a event properly some of the situations would not have happened. But that was my fault for tipping early. .

The Right Choice provided lunch for Power of Putnam’smonthly coalition meeting in August. Melissa was an absolutely phenomenal provider and provided timely and helpful information for us to build a menu. She offered us generous non-profit discounts and provided the most amazing customer service experience. Our community coalition members had an amazing lunch and experience thanks to them. I would 100% recommend The Right Choice to anyone looking for catering for a large group of people!!!

They catered my small wedding and the food was so amazing! We had many leftovers and even the leftovers were amazing for days after. I really appreciated the way the food was flavored and their salad was the best I’ve had in a long time! All the food was so good, I couldn’t have asked for better. They were also very responsive when I was asking questions. I tried to contact quite a few catering places and many wouldn’t even respond which was so disappointing and frustrating. They were courteous, professional, and their prices were reasonable. I’m really glad I chose them and I would choose them again for future events. It was stress free and really delicious food!
