I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but I feel like my visit with this Waffle House warrants it. Me and my girlfriend went a couple days ago and when we went in we were not greeted at the door, it wasn't terribly busy and it's not fine dining, but we expected to at least be told "Hi" and that they'll be with us shortly. Instead we stood there waiting to be sat. There were 4 empty booths, but none of them were clean. It took us 20 minutes to finally have a table cleared for us and for us to be sat. But get this... THE TABLE DIDN'T EVEN GET CLEARED BY A WORKER! A CUSTOMER CLEARED THE TABLE FOR US BECAUSE HE REALIZED HOW LONG WE HAD BEEN WAITING! We sat down and ordered and our drinks were brought to us, only to see the water was foggy and not clean, and there was a hole in my cup and was leaking all over the table. The worker got a new cup for me but didn’t clean up the mess from the first water she brought, and her fingernails were dirty and unkempt. We finally got half our food brought to us but we were already done eating the rest of our food by the time we were finally brought our waffle. Overall not a great experience. I've been to this WH 3 times and 2/3 have been not pleasant experiences, but I figured the first unpleasant experience was because they were busy. Will not be back.

Went there and got served raw bacon. Because I Said they forgot my bacon order.I got told I was Wrong then when I. Finally got my bacon order.It was served raw.I guess for punishment for me saying proving them wrong that I paid for

I sat with Jasmine today for breakfast. She always treats my kids so well and interacts with them. Makes them so happy. ❤️
Not having the best day, so I decided to go have some breakfast. I wanted to sit by myself quietly and eat. When I get there there’s one couple ahead of me an a couple of seats available at the counter. I wait patiently because I don’t want to sit with anybody. I go and sit down just to hear the waitress angrily complaining that I was by myself to someone else who then yells across the room at me to ask if I’m by myself making me the center of attention and then moments later the waitress comes and tells me that I skipped the line and it’s first come first serve and I need to give up my table when I had not when I told her this, she yells back across the dining room that I claimed I didn’t at this point half the restaurant is looking at me. I’m so terribly embarrassed that I get up to leave. The couple they were trying to give my table to starts waving their arms and saying oh no she was here before us at this point, the whole restaurant is looking at me.

Asked for my order a certain way for a reason, order was the opposite of my requests, then I confirmed it to see what they would say about what I watch them prepare they lied and it was in fact wrong very poor job with disgusting standards towards customers
