The food was amazing. Those were the best cooked eggs I've had in a long time. Miss Hailey behind the counter got our food out super fast and correctly. Miss Lisa was kind and kept our drinks filled and made us feel welcome. Thank you for a great experience.

I never leave bad reviews about Waffle House. We’ve always had a wonderful experience there and we always go to the same one. The one on Willow across from the Shell station , anyways we went yesterday on a Sunday 6/22/25 and everyone was yelling and screaming at the cook and they were yelling and screaming at each other to the point we’re almost got up and left because my nerves were shot. me and my boyfriend couldn’t even hear each other talk because they were yelling at each other so loudly. I just felt like it was not a professional atmosphere at all!!! I’m not sure if they had a new person that day or what but it was so unprofessional !!! However we will be back because our food was outstanding!! Our waitress was really really nice !!! and they served us very fast as usual. I just wish that they wouldn’t yell and scream at each other and be ugly to each other so loudly it was really rude and honestly, I’ve never seen that before at that waffle house !!

Ive been here many times, with varying results. Today, we showed up and took a table, as per usual. We sat there for a good 5 minutes without any reception whatsoever. Another table came in and got served immediately. We were plainly ignored. I couldnt recommend her service to anyone.
Lisa is the best young overseer of Waffle House of it’s franchise history I do believe e am see that and have experienced over 5000 employees over 20 states hope she stays here gets married soon an stays the same but grows sth. willow tn, cooktown

I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but I feel like my visit with this Waffle House warrants it. Me and my girlfriend went a couple days ago and when we went in we were not greeted at the door, it wasn't terribly busy and it's not fine dining, but we expected to at least be told "Hi" and that they'll be with us shortly. Instead we stood there waiting to be sat. There were 4 empty booths, but none of them were clean. It took us 20 minutes to finally have a table cleared for us and for us to be sat. But get this... THE TABLE DIDN'T EVEN GET CLEARED BY A WORKER! A CUSTOMER CLEARED THE TABLE FOR US BECAUSE HE REALIZED HOW LONG WE HAD BEEN WAITING! We sat down and ordered and our drinks were brought to us, only to see the water was foggy and not clean, and there was a hole in my cup and was leaking all over the table. The worker got a new cup for me but didn’t clean up the mess from the first water she brought, and her fingernails were dirty and unkempt. We finally got half our food brought to us but we were already done eating the rest of our food by the time we were finally brought our waffle. Overall not a great experience. I've been to this WH 3 times and 2/3 have been not pleasant experiences, but I figured the first unpleasant experience was because they were busy. Will not be back.

Went there and got served raw bacon. Because I Said they forgot my bacon order.I got told I was Wrong then when I. Finally got my bacon order.It was served raw.I guess for punishment for me saying proving them wrong that I paid for
