1st time using WE DELIVER...
2 hours it took to have a pizza delivered from Bellacinos.
When we called to inquire about our delivery((almost an hour after original order was placed online..We were told they hadn't placed our order yet...due to have only 1 driver ...so..we still had to wait for another 45 minutes...just ridiculous
1 driver?!?! Why not tell customers that they wait time may be longer than normal....
Not happy with this company..not thrilled with their customer service.
Will not use again.

Honestly, does not even deserve a one star review ordered my food at 9 o’clock. It’s still 1045 still don’t have my food and it’s still at the restaurant. I will not be using We Deliver ever again.
This place is really deceptive will claim they're prices are better than doordash, ubereats, etc. But if you look at the taxes / additional fees. You'll realize every order. You're paying an extra 15.00 just to use this service. That's not including a driver tip or the cost of food. They also abuse their drivers by not letting them be independent contractors. They aren't allowed to pass any orders. Even if they don't like them. Hell even if it's a no tip order. The "managers" (someone from El Salvador literally only making 450.00 a month total works 12 hr days) pretty sad right I thought so too. So when they claim they're local they might as well not be considering they employ same tactics as the big companies. Cheating ppl in other countries bc they're greedy for money.
Their contact us page allows you to fill it out, but it doesn't have a button to submit the form. If you call the number listed on their site, it just rings until it is disconnected. I placed an order, an hour later I got the confirmation that they received it. Almost two hours after I placed the order initially I finally had a driver call me and ask to explain my order. I don't blame the driver for this, I blame the company and its online management. Regardless if it is partnered with other orgs like google, their main website should work and their contact phone number should actually reach someone. I appreciate them cancelling asap, but it is annoying that I had to go through their driver to get any help on this issue.
I really haven't had a problem with the delivery, or their platform. I have a real problem with the extra fees. It's the restaurants that are charging too much. People delivering deserve more.
I was given a notification at 05:40 that the driver was "waiting on my food to come out of the kitchen" an hour later, the restaurant said no one had come to get it. They're running a scam.
Ordered food, came to me late and was very cold. Called the main number and was told that the gentleman would have to talk to his manager and I would be notified....NEVER GOT A CALL!!!

Every time I order with We Deliver as the delivery service it takes about an hour and a half. Last time I do this.
I never leave reviews but this service has not improved in years. Ordered many times and RARELY do we even receive it. tonight was it for me. borderline fraudulent to accept all orders knowing you can’t fulfill most of them. get more drivers or cap out orders.

I ordered my food at 5:29pm on a Monday for a 30 min delivery. After 30 min of no activity on the tracker, I tried to reach out by phone, the website message center and FB messenger. With no luck for about the first HR. Which at that point I received a auto text saying they are running behind.then followed by driver is on the way to the restaurant. 15 minutes later still no movement on tracker. 1 q/2 hrs later my food arrives driver says she is running behind I expressed concern and ask if she is the only driver. She said no ,why .I said because my food feels cold.She got rude and said it was impossible because they order the food once they get there and wait for it. I worked for this company and I am aware the call or order online hen they are on the way to the restaurant, so it is ready when they get there. At 8 pm I received a ride messenger reply that I didn't respond to instantly and got a HELLO! message right after only for them to ask did you get your order? I respond yes and was told to check my email. I got a $5 future credit. Which is fine , I never wanted anything other then a response when I was clueless to where my order was. I never had an issue like this before with them.
