Just wanted to say we were pleasantly surprised by the great service we received here ( Willow Ave) yesterday afternoon ( Jan 10, around 2). A very friendly, nice lady took our order, and even though she didn't have to, brought it out to us, checked on us and others eating in the lobby a few times, then took our trays for us. I've been to full service restaurant that haven't had as good service as we received here. Sadly, most fast food places these days have rude staff who obviously hate their jobs, and wouldn't dare lift a finger to do anything above what they absolutely have to.
I wish I had caught her name.
She deserves praise and probably a raise!

Wendy’s has the freestyle drink machine. I have to drink zero sugar beverages as a type 1 diabetic and the choices are endless. My favorite is a zero sugar strawberry Fanta. I can not find anywhere that will even ship this drink. I am not sure if it is a regional thing? I am in the Deep South, so the sweet tea and Mountain Dew are plentiful, but not a viable option for me. Wendy’s is always quick, I don’t think I have ever received a wrong order and the staff has always been friendly. The worst issue I have experienced is being served fries that were not fresh. All in all, 9 out of 10.

The Wendy's here seems literally incapable of getting you the correct number of food that you ordered, and when you want the correct number the worker argues back with you about it. Like dude, I just want my food that I paid for. This has happened repeatedly and in succession. Also the food is usually cold.
Just go to anywhere else but here.

Got 2 large drinks no ice, the manager lady with grey hair clearly annoyed we got no ice, we was the only car and we ONLY got drinks, poured the drinks out about a 8th off the top and then slammed them in the drink carrier like she was showing it off. Anger management well needed for her.
The issue is with staff at drive thru. The girl at window is extremely rude. She needs to get herself a personality.

This is a pretty good Wendy’s every now and then and a terrible one most other times. Consistently gives cold frys, old meat for the burgers that should be set aside for their chili, and inaccurate orders handed out. If you go inside they are very nice and friendly, especially the older lady working in the afternoon; which is the only saving grace for the service here. Outside has foul smell and flys buzzing around the side of the building where you pay and pick up your food causing them to enter your car when you do either action. A rather disappointing experience overall. Should be able to rate 1/2 stars because this place is a 2.5 not a 3 star place, but a two would be too low of a rating because the inside service is good more often than not.

They are incredibly rude over the intercom!
Every time I have gone through the drive through, it takes an excessive amount of time.
It took over 20 minutes to get through the drive through this last time.
I'll never come to this Wendy's location again.

By far worst service ever go here all the time was in drive thru atleast 30 minutes got burger wrong and then had to tell them was short a order of fries and then .I drove off without my kids meal drink.
