I came during lunch time today and got my order within 60 seconds. The inside of the building is nice, and my food was hot. The kitchen seemed to be working together efficiently and quietly. Great service.

No, the staff has the skin of spoiled mayonnaise & act sub saharan in preference. These are a nepotism.based solution for low flow restraunts & service as well as tact are lacking. Ethics are something taught early enough on & these idiots won't so much as smile. All these low drain laborers have ever done is run their mouth.

The girl inside did not explain anything, the order menu was messed up and the menu paper the gave me didn't have prices or specials will not be going back in will only do in app

Wendy's is one of my favorite fast food chains, but this particular location has sucked for years now. They're constantly making my order wrong, leaving stuff out entirely, or taking forever to get me my food when there's little to no other people in the drive thru. I took a long break recently, and decided to go back and try it again today and this was my experience.

I ordered through the app no problem. I actually think it has a good layout and works faster than a lot of the other fast food apps. When we got to the restaurant though, we had to pull up and wait probably 7 minutes for the order we placed well ahead of time, and we were one of only 2 cars there. We'll, we got home, and one of our bacon cheeseburgers didn't have any bacon at all. Up to this point, I was a little frustrated but figured I could get a refund for the specific item through the app (I didn't want to go back and get a replacement as we had already gotten home). Once I tried to actually use the support through the app though, it didn't do anything. The link to the Contact Us page just sends you to a black screen, and when I tried to go to the app's support section and start up a live chat, it just always ended as soon as it said it was connecting to a chat.

So, we placed an order ahead of time, still waited for the food while we were one of the only people there, got less than what we ordered and then couldn't even get ahold of anyone or anything to just get a refund. The in person experience is really just an issue with that particular location, but not being able to get any actual help through the app is a massive issue that the company actually needs to fix, not that they actually appear to care enough to make their support page work, but you bet that the actual areas where you make and place the orders work very well so that they still get your money.

Card reader would not read my phone, I had my card information but they would not key it and were rude about it. Not sure I will be returning. Went to McDonald's and it worked no problem.

Gave them our order at drive thru and they messed up the order. Drove through a second time, and told them the right order and they gave us the same wrong order again. Went inside for the 3rd time and tried explaining the order, and still had to explain the order a second time. All this to get one classic chicken sandwich meal, and a second chicken sandwich only.

I ordered quite a bit of food. I only lived 10 minutes from home, and the food was cold. I ordered a chicken ranch wrap, and the bacon bits were hard. The chicken looked like it had been sitting there for a bit and was cold. 3 double stack cheese burgers. And each one had mayo on them. Nothing wrong with mayo, but I never said add mayonnaise to them. Idk if that's something new to wendys. And a 10 count spicy nuggets. And they were cold also. I'm really disappointed in the food tonight.

I stopped here with my kids before dropping my son and roommate back off at campus. We were greeted by a very nice lady that said she had just started. We ordered $40 worth of food. After checking our bags we noticed some things were missing. The manager came up and started being so aggressive and mean trying to see what we still needed. She was totally uncalled for. I will never go back to this location

I can't give service lower than 1 star. We waited for 5 minutes before someone waited on us. One employee mentioned 2xs that someone was wanting at front counter before someone came. Then the enthusiasm, I told my wife the employees here were so enthusiastic I want to hurt myself. They literally look like their dog just fell in the deep fryer. The girl who put our food on our tray could have been told she was on death row.
My frosty was almost liquid. And the lobby was not dirty by filthy. Dirt encased in the table edges, food all over the floor of the lobby. But it was the attitude of the employees. I never have seen some many depressed people in one place.
