The manager that was working on 7/29/2025 Around lunchtime is very professional and kind and probably needs a raise but I will let that to her bosses. I wish I would’ve got her name so I could give her credit and for the guy running the window be open to realize we all make mistakes, just own it and move on, let it make You be a little more careful. Need a hamburger go to Wendy’s Folks it’s a quick place to get food.

Drive through, just a single...tomato and lettuce only. Get to the window, they ask tomato and what else, I say lettuce.... I get onion instead of lettuce anyway? Small mistake I guess but literally the only thing I orderd.

This Wendy’s directly off the highway 40, was dirty. The floor had food all over. There were fingerprints on every machine front. Especially the soda machine . The place was freezing. When I asked the staff if they could adjust the air conditioning, she said it’s automatic. As for the food I was disappointed in the chicken. The roll fell apart. The fries were actually very good. I’ve always liked Wendy’s and as a visitor from out of state, they need to do a better job.
Very rude customer service. Very unprofessional; would not recommend coming of the evening this is the second time in a row.

I went to the other wendys in town and had a bad experience but went to this one and they explained what the other wendys couldn't, they were very polite and kind food was hot and it was quick
