They charged me online for an order and then tell me that my order hasn't been processed and that I've been charged for the order and that it could take up to several days for my money to get returned to the account and that it's a common problem up there for their system did not process the order but you still get billed for it and there's a hole before it gets returned we still haven't seen our money be returned yet and the front desk was kind of unhelpful about resolving the issue they just kind of brush it off and said it's just a common problem you'll just have to wait for your money

Bolton site is disgusting, the floor was so dirty, the service is shocking and good took ages to come and was cold. won't be returning
Website is down, but they refuse to take orders over the phone. Apparently 30 wings is too big of an order, even when you state you can pay over the phone. Bottom line is, it is totally doable but they refuse to make things right for their customers. That 64% like rate makes sense now.

I went to Kingston today ordered 4 louisiana rub and 4 Lemon pepper with the fried corn it was amazing!! The man who cooked my food name was WEEKEND!! I know because I called to let them know how perfect it was!! so I think he should call himself SEVEN DAYS A WEEK!! Thank you Wingstop on NorthMarket!! Everyone is so pleasant and Helpful!!

I've ordered ahead twice at this location, and both times my order wasn't ready. The second time I ordered at 11:30 am to have the order ready by 5:45 pm. I walked in at 5:40 and was told it would be another 20-25 minutes! I probably will never order from here ever again.

Very bad customer service. Asked for crispy wings very fatty. Ordered online order they forgot about. Then had to ask them without then asking me about my order. The flavor was terrible. Do not recommend this restaurant.
