Tried wing stop for the first time in Lenoir tonight. Huge mistake. Spent $30 on two meals just to wait 40 minutes to receive our food. Not only were my wings cold, but they were also the wrong flavors. Ordered hot honey and Korean q and I got lemon pepper and buffalo instead - both of which I don’t even like. So I don’t know if it’s just because I don’t like those flavors, because my food was cold, or because they just weren’t good in general, but it was a terrible experience. I was so excited to finally try wingstop but I’m so disappointed.

Horrible experience at North Myrtle location. Tempted to warn others coming in to turn around and don’t look back. Waiting over an hour and a half for food to finally have half our order handed to us from a shelf with to go orders. No one working front counter. DefinitelyWILL NOT be back. don’t waste your time.

Went here with my son today ordered our food and then she told me 18 minutes.
We waited for them to call us never did then when i walk up to the register told them we have been waiting for 30 minutes.
She goes to the back and our food has been sitting here 😤

DO NOT order from here! I received a wrong order and they refused to rectify in the manner it was ordered. The person on the phone was VERY rude!!! It’s basically stealing from your customer, no food or refund! Beware!!!!!

The food is great, the atmosphere is clean…BUT! They HAVE to get ahold of their wait times. Every single time I have ordered ahead it’s been longer wait. I have seen people leave because of how long the wait is, they are loosing business at this location. Tonight, I placed an online order at 5:51. A 3 piece, all 1 flavor. I got here at 6:40, said it would be ready by 6:43. They told me it was going to be longer. I had men on either side of me with orders supposed to be ready at 6:30 still here!! They need management or something to get ahold of the time management of this place. The kid working the front was so nice and like I said, great food! But goodness gracious!

I called in to the Cookeville Wingstop and asked a simple question, "Can I get one wing with the spiciest sauce you have?" The person on the phone was very kind and understanding and said yes. I drove to my Wingstop as soon as I was told I can have my silly dream met. I walked into the establishment and was greeted with Ryan. He greeted me very kindly and let me know that there was going to be a 30-40 minute wait. I let him know that I was the guy here for just one wing, which made him smile and he said just a moment. I was granted a singular boneless wing with the "ATOMIC" sauce. It was very spicy, but I actually quite enjoyed it. Ryan, at the Cookeville Wingstop, was very kind and deserves a raise and a promotion.

I got the 10 piece classic wings all flats with half hot honey rub and half original hot. The food was served hot and fresh. The flavors were great, and if you've been to Wingstop before, you already know their god tier ranch is the best and brought it all together. Their staff were also very friendly and helped us with anything we needed.
Extremely salty, had to remove the breading from the boneless wings and it was still barely edible. Feeling scammed

Showed up later in the evening, literally one other customer in the restaurant and they have a 30-1 hour wait. Very poor management here if they can’t make wings in a timely manner. Avoid this place if don’t have an hour to wait for wings ?
