The food is great, the atmosphere is clean…BUT! They HAVE to get ahold of their wait times. Every single time I have ordered ahead it’s been longer wait. I have seen people leave because of how long the wait is, they are loosing business at this location. Tonight, I placed an online order at 5:51. A 3 piece, all 1 flavor. I got here at 6:40, said it would be ready by 6:43. They told me it was going to be longer. I had men on either side of me with orders supposed to be ready at 6:30 still here!! They need management or something to get ahold of the time management of this place. The kid working the front was so nice and like I said, great food! But goodness gracious!

I called in to the Cookeville Wingstop and asked a simple question, "Can I get one wing with the spiciest sauce you have?" The person on the phone was very kind and understanding and said yes. I drove to my Wingstop as soon as I was told I can have my silly dream met. I walked into the establishment and was greeted with Ryan. He greeted me very kindly and let me know that there was going to be a 30-40 minute wait. I let him know that I was the guy here for just one wing, which made him smile and he said just a moment. I was granted a singular boneless wing with the "ATOMIC" sauce. It was very spicy, but I actually quite enjoyed it. Ryan, at the Cookeville Wingstop, was very kind and deserves a raise and a promotion.

I got the 10 piece classic wings all flats with half hot honey rub and half original hot. The food was served hot and fresh. The flavors were great, and if you've been to Wingstop before, you already know their god tier ranch is the best and brought it all together. Their staff were also very friendly and helped us with anything we needed.

Showed up later in the evening, literally one other customer in the restaurant and they have a 30-1 hour wait. Very poor management here if they can’t make wings in a timely manner. Avoid this place if don’t have an hour to wait for wings ?

Love this place, food but salty but the winner for me is the Cajun corn but I’m tired of paying 3 bucks for extra ranch and never getting it. I live 30 minutes away, and it’s sad I can’t even enjoy or eat my food because now I wasted money and don’t have my ranch.

Food was cold. Ice cold. But I ordered it through door dash so I can't honestly say it was Wingstop that was to blame. But the wings were on the dry side (i.e. there wasn't enough dressing on the wings). So why then am I giving them 5 *s? Well that's because of Cassie. I made some last second alterations to my order and she took care of it for me with the upmost professionalism. Thank you again Cassie. You're a benefit to your employer and you deserve to be compensated to reflect that. You alone are the reason I'll continue to do business here. This, people, is what customer service looks like. Take note. Cassie knows what she's doing.

First time, got 20 wings with two different flavors and they were great! Also got an order of tenders, I believe they might be my new favorite! Will be back to get more chicken and try some of the other flavors!
