Absolutely.Loves Zaxbys, but last night you could not get served for anything on the inside of the building.I stood there for ten minutes waiting for someone to come to the register when they had more than one register, 2 people were ahead of me, and then whenever they took that person's order, they decided that they were going to go take a picture of something in the back for them.While everybody else stood out in the lobby waiting to order this Zaxbys is one worst restaurant experiences i've had

Foods decent but rated low because the hours online haven't been updated. I had to be ignored by someone at the window for about 5 minutes at 10p today to realize it. Wish the lady at the window said something instead of avoiding eye contact

I went here about 4:30 and the cashier was so sweet, I forgot what her name was but on my receipt it says Maria A, whoever it was did an amazing job!

I Decided to run through the drive-thru and grab dinner here last night. I was the first person in line—with only two of us ordering when I approved.

After receiving my two drinks, I waited, and waited, and waited while at least five employees were huddled up by the drive-thru window having a great conversation. While most were on their phones. No updates regarding the way or anything. Meanwhile, the line was wrapped around the building. I requested a refund, almost $50, returned the drinks and left.

Its’s one thing to be young/entry-level, but it’s another to have no disregard for the consumers who pay your wages.

Why do you all charge a quarter for one sauce? I’ve got to where I eat zaxbys a lot I go to Cookeville but today I was in the Algood area so I stopped here and all I asked for was one Zaxby sauce with my meal I did not have any money I paid with a credit card I had to dig up 25 pennies because the lady said I had to pay a quarter for one sauce. It’s not like I got extra I didn’t get any. She wasn’t friendly either. I waited 10 minutes there was a couple other people in there, but they were already eating. I didn’t understand what was taking so long. I was on my lunch break so I finally asked. She said they had to make fries, but it was a long time standing there but that’s ok she should have said sorry about your wait or you can have a sauce for your wait! Horrible service! It was an older lady working the front. I go to Cookeville a couple times a week they don’t charge a quarter. And they are friendly and usually packed with half the wait time! I even told her cookeville don’t charge a quarter why do yall she said I don’t know that’s what the sign says as I’m counting 25 pennies!

Food is great, staff is horrible, young girls working drive through window very snotty, definitely doesn’t know how to say “YOUR WELCOME “ when someone says “THANK YOU” after receiving food. Shuts window while still talking to them. Love the food but will not go to algood zaxbys anymore.
