I was just threatened by the district manager(ray) by being sued for slander. I cannot believe this company. Everything I’ve said was true and holds weight, with video evidence, with both incidents, and all I did was exercise my first amendment right?

Zaxby's used to be so good, back before they changed the club and still had the pickles, but they just keep making their food worse. We went to try out the quesadillas, they were terrible, just chicken and cheese with ranch and a sprinkle of bacon. This is like something I would have cooked myself when I was 10 years old. If the price was lower I wouldn't complain, but the price being what it is I expected better.

My sister and I decided to stop on as it had been a long time since we had eaten there. We ordered the Zensation salad and she ordered the Cobb salad. Since the Philly Chicken Sandwich was new we decided to order and share it.

The line of customers was relatively short and our food was prepared promptly. My salad, the Zensation, wasn't very good. The fried chicken that was cut up on the salad was dry and tough and was less than the size of one chicken finger. My sister enjoyed her salad. I took the Philly Sandwich back to the counter as it was so salty it was as if someone opened a full salt shaker and poured the entire shaker on that sandwich. It actually burnt my tongue it was so salty. The manager just happened to be there and I explained the situation to her and she had the sandwich remade without the garlic salt but with butter instead.

The staff was great. The restaurant was clean. I probably won't go again but if I do, I will stay away from the fried chicken and go for the grilled and will definitely skip the Philly sandwich.

Called to request a refund for an order containing hair in my food. I was asked if I wanted it remade which I declined advising hair nets obviously aren’t being worn. I was told that everyone has on a hair net. I arrived back for my refund all to see a young lady being the counter with NO hair net matching the color of hair found in my food. Anybody working with food needs a hair net, bottom line, especially if the young lady is going to be opening boxes to check contents, also witnessed. Only dropping a review since it’s very evident that not everyone wears a hair net and I don’t appreciate being lied to about it. Nor did I appreciate the hair in my food to begin with.

Usually do drive thru..fast service, food well cooked always hot..love the wings, their salads, tenders are Not over cooked and dried out..very good..
