I love Zaxby’s in Cookeville, the food is delicious and the staff, Gabe , Tess and everyone iis Awesome. They are so friendly and treat me like I am very special! I highly recommend going to Zaxby’s in Cookeville !!!!!!!

First time I've ever been to a Zaxby's. Visiting the area and heard great things about it. Everything was great! Service was very pleasant and helpful when ordering. The restaurant was extremely clean, and the food was top notch and reasonable. My wife got a salad and the lettuce and vegetables all were very fresh. I had the chicken cheese steak and was very good. Highly recommend this place if looking for a quick bite! Wish we had these up north!!!!!!!!!

I have been coming to Zaxby’s at this location for years now and I have to say my favorites are Jackie, April & Gabe, they have done a wonderful job at making the experience always pleasant and worth it. Their food is the best!

The girl at the counter got my order dead wrong and I even repeated myself a few times. She came up to us later at the table while we’re waiting for our food and rudely asked “are yall finished?” And trying to rush us out. We hadn’t even gotten our food yet. She should’ve known that since she literally took our order!

Zaxbys has good food but that girl’s service was terrible and rude!
