Waitress was friendly, but not very attentive. I had a very spicy meal and no drink for more than half of it. There was also the top to a pen inside of our chips and we were offered… More chips. I would’ve probably done a little better than that if it were my business. A lot of extra charges I should’ve paid more attention to. Should have been around $55 at max, ended up being almost $20 more and I’m not sure where that came from unless the drinks were $10 each, for fountain drinks. Food was good.

Very good fajitas, street tacos and more! Very nice people. Our favorite Mexican restaurant!
No service hardly. 1 waitress and she had 10 tables. She tried but poor management.
Just okay.
Sals and chips were very good. Sat in the window, and it's right next to the road! Was fun to people watch. The food was good, and our young waitress kept a good check on us
Excellent!! My husband and I love Mexican food and had recently eaten at a Mexican restaurant while on a trip that was not good Mexican, so the El Rio was somewhat on trial. It definitely passed the test and restored our faith in good Mexican food!
The service was great, the food delicious, and the atmosphere was wonderful - all the things that make for a great Mexican restaurant!
My husband had steak fajitas, and I had my favorite, shrimp quesadilla. It was perfect!
The tortilla chips were light, airy, and crisp, just the way I love them.
I can't think of one negative thing about this restaurant.
4/4/25. Watch your bill. Was charged 9.50 for one regular size glass Miller Light? Check out girl needs more training. We let it go , but you need more training people.
El Rio has been around forever! Hometown favorite.
Pretty good food. Friendly service. Affordable

Always great food.
If I could give it a negative rating, I would. Something on my plate tasted spoiled. My friend had a very questionable mystery meat that was NOT beef. Two of us woke up throwing up in the night. Worst Mexican food I have ever had.
Good food, service was not very friendly, but not terrible.
Food was fast the Birria quesadillas were bland compared to other restaurants I have eaten at. The Verde sauce on chicken enchiladas was really good.
My waitress sucked. She didn't check on me once. When I was done eating, no check or refills. Nothing. Their ground beef had no flavor and was runny. Like they soaked it in water. Ruined my taco 🌮 great salsa and guacamole 🥑 though. If habaneros was open, I would have gone there. Their food is awesome
