Unbelievable. I ordered a hamburger. Asked if the kitchen could slice it in half. Broken thumb syndrome. I was told that the kitchen would not do that, because no knives are allowed in the kitchen. It's a safety issue. I truly believe that I was discriminated against. You don't have freaking knives in the kitchen?

The Copper Grill is amazing. We had a sudden change of plans with our very large Jeep group on New Year’s Day ride. The Copper Grill stepped up big time with only a couple days notice. The food was amazing and I couldn’t believe how fast, friendly and efficient the service and staff were under pressure. We were 40-50 people and they never missed a beat! Amazing experience and I 100% recommend!!

We stopped in during a layover for the Blue Ridge Scenic Excursion. Everyone was friendly, even as the place quickly filled with customers and the cold (December visit). The food was outstanding and the price was more than fair. The portions were generous! My son was so happy with huge mozzarella sticks and the reuben was delish!

I cannot even start to explain the over the top customer service experience we received and the food was super fresh, super quick, and super delicious. The only details I will give is...There was 7 of us and The opening staff on November 29, 2025 at lunchtime....you guys are something special and your cook is definitely a BEAST!!! Thank you for the wonderful experience!!
