We stopped in during a layover for the Blue Ridge Scenic Excursion. Everyone was friendly, even as the place quickly filled with customers and the cold (December visit). The food was outstanding and the price was more than fair. The portions were generous! My son was so happy with huge mozzarella sticks and the reuben was delish!

I would give these guys 10 stars if it was possible!! I cannot even start to explain the over the top customer service experience we received and the food was super fresh, super quick, and super delicious. The only details I will give is...There was 7 of us and The opening staff on November 29, 2025 at lunchtime....you guys are something special and your cook is definitely a BEAST!!! Thank you for the wonderful experience!!

The food was good overall, and the service was just okay. The bourbon burger was delicious, the perfect balance of sweet and savory in every bite. My husband really enjoyed his Philly cheesesteak, especially with double steak. It was big, hearty, and full of flavor. The only downside for us were the fries. We weren’t fans of the seasoning they used, so those were a no-go.

I’m a local and I love this little restaurant! I took my son today and we sat outside. He got catfish nuggets and a side of mozzarella sticks. Those things are homemade and man are they delicious! My son asked if we could just eat dinner there every day!

Stopped for lunch after our train arrived. Place your order at the counter, hand you a number for your table that you select. Inside and outside seating. Self service on the fountain drinks. Food comes out super fast. We had the double cheeseburger and the bbq bacon burger with fries. $30 for 2 people with drinks...cheaper than most fast food and 10x better. Burgers were moist and good quality beef. Super fast to get you in and out.
We had some great burgers. I enjoyed the Bourbon Burger with fried mushrooms.

So I really like this place… but avoid the chicken tenders. Both my wife and I have gotten sick from the chicken tenders on separate occasions. The Philly is very good. The fries are good. Prices very reasonable.

Great Burgers! I had the mushroom Swiss burger - yum! I’m not usually a crinkle fry fan but they were very crispy and had a great seasoning on them. This place is very popular with the locals. Everyone was super friendly.
