What a gem! Stumbled upon this place because it was the only place open for early morning coffee and we just fell in love. Great coffee, OUTSTANDING breakfast menu and such a charming shop.

A very beautiful shoppe with sweet ladies to assist you. We bought a plant called Bianca in the soring. She lived happily on back porch, and has doubled in size. We are keeping our fingers crossed for this unusual orchid!

Loved exploring this shop and its sister location. Walked away with some honey, fresh cookies, and a new book to read in our cabin!

I recently visited **The Folk Collaborative** in Copperhill, and it was an exceptional experience! Despite being a small place, this coffee shop delivers outstanding customer service and top-quality products.
The staff went out of their way to customize my friend Jonathan's coffee. Having traveled 16 hours with him recently, I know how particular he is about his coffee, and it's rare for him to find a place that gets his custom order just right. The baristas here not only met but exceeded his expectations!
As a coffee novice, I decided to try the same drink he ordered, and it was phenomenal. The dedication and attention to detail from the team made our visit truly memorable. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by **The Folk Collaborative**—you won't be disappointed!

I can’t say enough! Everyone is so helpful and the products are amazing. Rae has helped me with all my herbal needs. I have to make a trip when I’m in town. Thank you all so much!
Awesome little place with cool plants, herbs, spices, books etc. The plants all have names, which is a super cute extra fun touch.
We took the train into Copperhill and McCaysville. As we were walking around a young lady was handing out samples of coffee and lemonade.
She was pleasant and friendly. So much so that on our way back to the train we stopped in for a grown up sized coffee that we sampled earlier.
We got the Turkey sammie and the chicken salad sammie. They both were very good. But pricey
This place is different from most places I frequent. It has a funky peculiar but good vibe. They sell things like loose teas, T-shirts and house plants. It's just an odd little coffee shop. They have tables to hang out at and there was a young lady on her laptop there. For me, it is not a "hangout" place as the tables are in the middle of the "shopping" area and it's kind of loud.
I know this review is all over the place.
Overall, the coffee, lemonade, & food were good and I would go there again.

No sugar-free options. We didn't get anything. We went to the coffee place down the street. It has sugar-free syrups for coffee.

Cozy ambiance with friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. The store had a great selection of plants, loose leaf teas, spices, tinctures, lotion and other bath products. Would definitely come back again!

We stopped in during a quick trip to McCaysville/Copper Hill and were delighted with the selection of natural products, teas, coffee, and baked goods. They also sell plants and plant care items here. We will definitely stop in again the next time we're in town.

How is this place not always packed?! Best coffee and flavors in North GA. I’m pretty picky about coffee, milk, and flavors. I will pay a little extra for well roasted coffee and will go out of my way to find uniquely made house flavors. Well worth a stop at either location. The people are wonderful on top of everything
