Kid-friendliness: A place I take my children because it is quiet and family-friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is parking for people with wheelchairs and a ramp to access the store.“

“I had one of the best customer service experiences at Dunkin’ Donuts in Cordova-off Germantown Parkway recently. I don’t usually stop here, but the restaurant next door was packed and I was in a rush. I decided to go through the drive-thru, and that’s when I first encountered the young man I want to highlight.

From the moment he spoke over the intercom, he was clear, patient, and very respectful. When I pulled up to the window, he greeted me with the same pleasant tone, a smile, and kept addressing me politely with “yes ma’am.” His professionalism stood out immediately.

Curious, I asked his age, and he told me he was just 22. (His parents truly did a fabulous job!) I was so impressed that after pulling off, I parked and went inside to personally tell him how much I appreciated his beautiful customer service. I even tried to leave him a tip, but he kindly told me he couldn’t accept it—because he’s the GM! I was stunned at his age, but not surprised given the way he carried himself.
