i just came to get coffee like every morning but the manager, charlotte, was being very rude. i did not appreciate her attitude, it almost felt like she was being racist. she doesnt even treat her employees very fair. she was being rude to one of the nicest employees ive ever seen, he was so nice and made the coffee great.
This location has gone downhill. I will definitely be going back to the Lakeland location. The staff here are Horrible! They have no customer service skills at all, especially the young guy who is always working the drive thru during the evening. They will have you wait for a ridiculous amount of time before acknowledging you. The longest I’ve waited was 15 minutes for someone to come to the window. And they are always out of something . I have ordered there a number of times, and the food has always been great. Today I had placed an order in through Doordash and my driver did not know what they were doing left all my food, grabbed the wrong drink and brought it to the wrong house, called up about it they said they'd keep my food warm for me and make sure everything's good if I want to come up there.
