I’m three words or less…. Horrible customer service!
I couldn't find enough things to choose as to why I didn't like mcdonalds today so I did the best I could. I can't fill out the store feedback because when you choose this store it no longer let's you have the feedback page and when I tried filling out feedback without choosing the location, it won't let me send it in.
I spent 20 minutes in a curbside spot starting at 3:05 this afternoon, no delivery, but the order was put through to charge my card where I couldn't cancel...read full review
Gave me a BITTEN BURGER! I called and the manager said NO THAT DEFINITELY DIDN’T happen. Once I returned he confirmed that I had received a bitten burger, gave me a refund and said the burger was on the line and one of his employees MISTAKENLY grabbed it. During COVID this is something that is tottering UNACCEPTABLE!
