Based on recent reviews, this Chipotle Mexican Grill in Shelby county is described as the best one in the area by far, with fast service allowing customers to order, eat, and walk out in less than 30 minutes. The food is always satisfying and fresh, with fresh chicken cooked on-site and never frozen. It is considered a healthy fast food option. However, some visits have been disappointing. The food was flavorless for some reason, with carnitas tasting like boiler meat in water, though the rice was cooked well. The music is very loud and a bit unnerving, making it hard to hold a conversation. There have been concerns about spraying chemicals near food while cleaning. The location has run out of multiple products with hours of business left, including lettuce, cheese, corn, and pico, and staff reportedly said they weren't cooking anything else, leading to extremely skimpy portions. Despite this, regulars note the service is awesome, with good portions, polite staff, and a welcoming atmosphere.
