I had clicked for shrimp and chicken fajitas for two but receipt showed only shrimp. I called and after a little back and forth the manager helped me and accommodated my mistake/request. I sincerely appreciate the manager doing so as my wife does not like shrimp. Because he helped me, I will be returning as this was my first experience with El Mezcal. Thank you to the manager for helping. I also almost left part of my order and he brought it out to me, good service.
Love it here. They are fast, friendly and the food is great.

El Mezcal Restaurant is a great authentic Mexican restaurant in the Memphis area. The food is excellent, with delicious, fresh, well-cooked meals and generous portions. The salsa is a favorite, and the Quesa Birria is fantastic. The horchata is on point. Service is super quick and attentive, with chips and salsa arriving in 30 seconds to 2 minutes. The waiting staff is very nice, and the main order is served very quickly. Prices are alright, offering good value. The restaurant handles busy nights well, making it a nice place to stop in.
