My mom and I received the best service and meal. Yesterday, Angel and a young man did an excellent job: Angel took our order, and the young man and Angel both checked on us multiple times. The restaurant was quite steady in customers, but the staff maintained a great attitude and checked on customers.
The food was great too. And they offered to bring the go boxes. It was some of the best service and atmosphere that I’ve think I had at any McAlister or similar restaurant.

McAlister's Deli staff is friendly and attentive, introducing themselves and checking in frequently. The food is accurate and tastes great, with favorites like the Savannah chopped salad and chicken tortilla soup. While some meals may need to be switched out, the overall experience is satisfying. Customers may find that extra chips with their soup can be limited, but the quality of the food makes up for it. Overall, McAlister's Deli is a reliable choice for a pleasant dining experience.
