Our experience at this McDonald’s was horrible. My daughter wanted this food, so I placed a mobile order and then drove to curbside pickup. I checked in and waited 20 mins. No one came out with the food, while every car that had come to the drive-thru either before or after us had already come and gone. I went inside and went to the counter to inquire about our order. I was totally ignored for another 5 minutes. When someone finally asked what I needed, I explained. The staffer didn’t say a word and just walked off. 5 minutes later, the food was brought to the counter without apology or even comment. It was just dumped unceremoniously in front of me. I was not given the drinks I had paid for, and when I requested them, one of the staffers practically threw the cups at me without a word. When I went to the self-service drink dispenser, there were no tops or straws, so I needed to return to the counter to request those. Another 5 minutes. During all of this, staffers were playing, talking, and casually strolling around behind and in front of the counter as though they were not working. One staffer used the F word in front of me and within earshot when talking to one of the other staffers. Do not frequent this restaurant. THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE AT A RESTAURANT EVER!Kid-friendliness: I would not let my child set foot in this restaurant. Beware!

Literally worst customer service. Every time I go they miss an item and they have randomly decide to not take orders. 1/20 at 9 decided to not take orders but took the person next to us. They were laughing in the background and saw them smoking while ordering multiple times. Terrible. We go out of our way to avoid this McDonald’

Worse atmosphere ever me and my 10 yr old son went in side this location @ 7pm last night it was so many 16 yr kids playing inside workers called there friends to accompany them @ work I suppose no one was in uniform all of them had on hoodie with hats girls and boys they were throwing the finger at my son i was giving 5 fries and chicken sandwichs with no chicken takes it back and it was the big standing ovation they was waiting for they were on the floor laughing it was a nightmare. The manager comes out looking no more than 25 and he is letting them run this eating place to the ground? he refunded my money and ma

Got there at 12:20 am with 2 mobile orders and was told they disnt have half the stuff for the first order but they had the second order because apparently they close at 12am because of a new owner? The app and google says they are open 24 hours? But then again if they closed at 12 why did they answer us at the speaker at 12:20 am? The food tasted pretty fresh so im wondering why they had such fresh food when they are suppose to be closed? Had to drive down the street to get our other order

I walked in and used the touch screen to make my order and put my table number 17 so that they could bring my food when it was ready. As I was looking for a place to sit I noticed that the tables and seats weren’t cleaned properly. After sitting down for a while, wondering where my food is, I walk to the counter to find my food sitting there in a Macdonald’s brown bag, with a ticket on it with a big TABLE 17 on it. Obviously no one bothered to try find my table and bring me my food. The lady up front just said “my bad”. No now my food is a bit cold. The fries were almost white and didn’t taste like fries. The burger was messy with 2 huge uneven meat patties and almost zero veggies (onion, tomatoes etc). I won’t be coming back here.

Garbage service from garbage employees... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. They can't even be bothered to speak clearly into the drive thru microphone. Just another example of a typical trashy Memphis establishment.

The only problem I had was the long line it was wrapped around the building when I got to the window the cashier stated there was only 4 staff in the whole building but overall the service was great cashier was very polite and mannerable.

Food great as always. Service slow and unprofessional as always. From drive through, had to wait 20 minutes on 4 cheeseburgers and 2 large fries, and still had tongo back in fornit to be corrected.
