Green Bamboo Noodle House is a great choice for getting tasty and filling food for a reasonable price. The food tastes like it is fresh and the noodles seem like they are made in-house. Portions were good for price. The service is astute and friendly. Its atmosphere is relaxed and the high ceiling opens the space up nicely. Overall a solid recommendation.

We ordered the pho combo with extra meatball, crispy tofu and crispy squid!
Overall, the dishes are good but not that amazing! I think I would try some other Vietnamese restaurants in Memphis before ranking this one!
