We door dash. tonight your customer service was awful. We pulled up to the speaker to tell them we had an order. They told us pull forward. We pull to the first window and the guy disappears for 5 minutes? Then the second lady just says “pull forward” we get to the second window and tell them we have a doordash order and she says we have to go back around and tell them at the speaker “because she has a speaker on her head and she didn’t hear us”but we had and she started...read full review
I pulled into the drive-thru after finding the doors locked (despite all lights blazing and a sign reading dining room is open) An irate woman told me through the speaker that they were closed, didn't have anyone there to work, and if I knew people that wanted a job, to send them in. Five minutes later, drive-thru was open and serving. Ratchet location. You used to be good.
