Worst McDonalds in Lakeland . No fresh food , no condiments , sprite doesn’t even taste like sprite . 0/10 . Worst customer service ever . Attitudes for what ? I originally ordered a lemonade & was given a dirty cup when she referred it to “ the pulp” & proceeded to give me a sprite that isn’t even fresh . Nuggets wasn’t even cooked all the way . Went around 1:30 on 11/17/25 . Again 0/10 .

Over the last year the performance of this McDonald’s team has fallen off a cliff. I’ve been here for 40 minutes (6:34 pm, November 15th for the owner’s reference). Got my order wrong twice in a row and counting (no ketchup and no pickle apparently means *only* ketchup and pickle). Used to be one of the more reliable McDs around here, now it’s performing like the rest of the locations in this god forsaken city. Can’t wait until every single person who works here is automated away

The food was fresh and hot, but I didn't get my game pieces on the food it should have come on so I went back the next day and after not getting the game pieces the second time after ordering, I went to inform management. I was given all game pieces missed,but it what if I had not complained. I would not have gotten them. I just hate playing McDonald's games.

This McDonalds has very fast service when the latino guy is working the counter. When he us not there . . . takes a long time. Three customers left because the lady was so slow and didnt even take their order in a timely manner. They all three left.
I come here almost everyday but today around 6:00 tonight, I ordered a mcchicken from the kiosk and waited 30 mins and still didn’t get my food, on top of that… not 1 employee even acknowledged me in the time that they seen me standing there waiting. I asked for a refund and he didn’t even offer anything to me. If I could put a negative I would. Makes me not want to ever come back. Worse serve ever….

Employees were so unprofessional! They were yelling out of the window to each other. We were trying to order and the girl was yelling to the other employees on the microphone while we were trying to order. Then after three attempts she finally said just pull around to the first window. They were yelling over our car to one of the employees standing in the parking lot and playing in the back. When we finally got our food. It was cold as ice. Terrible experience. Will not be coming back to this location! We tried calling the number on the window for management and the number was disconnected.
