Surprisingly this place is worse than most... there is a difference. No one at interior counter for extended periods of time, drive through has you pull around to wait for missing food and no one comes out to bring it to you.

They made us wait 15 minutes for three orders of cheeseburgers and one order of nuggets. Not really a big deal. The cheeseburgers were absolutely red inside and cold. The boy that brought them out to us had his pants around his thighs with his boxers hanging out the back while on the job. He used the chance to walk outside to get on his cell phone. We were pretty surprised with the whole atmosphere.

Drinks were weak like they need to change the machine syrup and we asked for no ice yet we had drinks with ice. We ended up throwing the drinks out. We asked for double small fries in the happy meal instead of the apple pack and they didn’t do that either. Won’t be back. Slack.
Been disappointed by this McDonalds time and time again. They never have ice cream or are too lazy to make it. They mess up our order a majority of the time. They also close earlier than what is posted online. Definitely DONT recommend!!!!

The absolute WORSE McDonalds in the city!! As I was waiting for my food, I watched this young lady lick her fingers while eating some French fries. Seconds later she comes to the window with my food in hand. I ask her if she washed her hands and she asked “what do you mean” all while having salt and crumbs around her mouth. I advised her that I watched her eat food and bring me my bag without washing her hands. Of course she acted as if I had no idea what I was saying. I am very disgusted with this location. I wouldn’t allow my dog to eat from them and I don’t even have a dog! How could you work in fast food and not wash your hands after eating? Please shut this location down!!

Every time I come to this McDonald’s everything is cold or taste like it’s been sitting out for hours & I simply get nuggets & fries , it’s so bad here that I have to travel to the McDonald’s on highway 64 & I live 2minutes from the Houston levee location definitely needs to be shut down .
