Server was very dry, not really speaking. I was sat down at 8:30 my guest arrived at 8:45 he didn’t ask us if we wanted anything until 9:15 so we ordered beverages and food . Everything was brought at 9:37 and we were given boxes to go and the ticket at 9:45 😆. I know they close at 9:30 but if he had of attended to our table on time then we would’ve been served on time. We went for my bonus child’s birthday and couldn’t even order desert. My sushi tasted old and I eat raw, so I didn’t even eat it. Ofcourse we were charged 18 percent gratuity due to us being a party of 6 and 2 were toddlers. I usually tip 20 percent or higher but even the 18% was unfair due to the service that was given. I will not be back.

I ordered the crab roll to go and they were burnt I've been eating here for the last 7 years, amd never have this happen. I will send the pictures to the manager and I would like my money back or replace the roll please. My ticket # was 28 from today

Good food and service! Always consistent with flavor, fast friendly service, and nice atmosphere. This Osaka location is the best in the area in comparison to Collierville location and Olive Branch (absolute terrible service at Olive Branch location).

I somehow ended up spending $70 (18% gratuity included) for 2 sushi rolls (less than $15/ea), 1 sake (about $7), and an order of baked mussels (maybe $12)... I dined with a friend, but we paid for our own food, so I'm still confused on my total. Our server was okay, but the food took a while to come. I was seated quickly, however. (My friend arrived after me) Atmosphere is very calm with minimal noise, and nice background music. We didn't use the restroom, but the dining area was clean and tidy. If the price was justifiable, I'd return but probably won't.

I ate dinner here with my very large family of twelve people. (I was the silly son of said family.) The staff was incredibly friendly, and I'm thankful for their patience with us, considering how numerous we were. Andrea, our server, was very kind, attentive, and amazing overall. I'm grateful for the delicious hibachi teriyaki chicken with fried rice and soup that I ate. These people are a blessing.
