I am so surprised at how good the coffee they serve here is. I visited many Starbucks and they are not my favorite places. But this one has delicious coffee, well made, and has nice service.

The two young ladies here were very patient, friendly and helpful due to the fact that I hadn't been to Starbucks in years.
Waited 5 minutes for a plain coffee when ordered in-store! Instead of turning around and pouring a coffee, my order was put into the queue which must have had 20 mobile and drive thru orders in front of it. Most locations will get coffee orders immediately for in store customers, but at this location that is not the case.

Try the apple croissant; they're delicious. Just don't take them all lol. Seriously, Starbucks used to be such a great and welcoming place before the pandemic. I would spend hours there writing or reading or grading papers. I wish it still felt like that place. But c'est la vie and all that.

Have been a couple of times - always get my order through the mobile app. This morning the customer service stood out to me because the guy at the drive thru was welcoming, friendly, and was able to witfully put a smile on my face before heading to work. It’s refreshing to not only hear kindness but feel it. So thank u for that

I have always thought that Starbucks' customer service is the best, but the service quality has declined recently. At 10:20am on 3/7/2024, the black woman who answered the phone and checked out was extremely rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend!I would prefer that no matter what the color of your skin is, you should respect your job, not cope with it.

Please choose your preferred method of communication through our Contact Us page (https://sbux.co/3uW8Bbs) to share additional details and feedback.FYI StarbucksYeah … everybody has a bad day but they need a couple of workers dedicated to the window, the walk in customers so they don’t have to wait, and customers that use the app (those that walk in and pick up their orders).Having employees dedicated to those particular customers will expedite orders… it’s worth a trial to see how it works. And In between if things get busy for one group the other can assist with orders they’re not assigned to.Then the employees won’t be stumbling over each other and missing customers that end of waiting because someone that just walked in gets their order ahead of them.Apparently this an ongoing thing there!!!Thanks
