Awful customer service. Tash everywhere the so-called manager talking on his phone with an earpiece and laughing after his very excited conversation his made a decision to ask me what I wanted . You will never get a penny from me!!!! We have to stop spending our money with these types of people. Enough is enough.

Neither of the people working this evening could speak english clearly and were very difficult to work with and talk to. They were not able to listen to what i wanted and didn’t want on my sandwich. They over charged me because they couldn’t understand when I was trying to tell them about my combo choices. Food was mid at best and hardly warm.

When I walked in there wasn’t any customers, one lady was mopping and the other one was sitting down talking on the phone. I didn’t get any greetings and they acted like they didn’t want to take my order so I left! The one that was mopping looked at me like I’m interrupting her cleaning. Well, keep mopping and get no business!

Close before the time they have posted..... if you supposed to close at 10 why would you shut down at 938? Make it make sense... this generation don't take into account that they missing revenue.... they just ready to go home.. and this seems to be one of those locations!

I have never seen a Subway so stingy with their food. So subway has these new sandwiches that are supposedly loaded with meat. Other subways put the proper amount on. This place refuses to but charges you for it. I ordered a few of the new larger sandwiches and they put the normal amount of meat on. Then if you tell them that’s not what you paid for, they get mad. We did a pick up order from them as well a few times and same thing. You don’t ever get what you pay for or order. Always very thin and under dressed sandwiches. They also put the most pathetic amount of topping on your sandwiches as well. I got 6 pieces of olive on an entire footlong. 6. I asked for extra. So I guess the normal amount is 3 tiny slivers of olive. Ridiculous. Go to a different one. This place is cheap and a ripoff. They also refuse to accept coupons here as well.

“I recently tried the Tuna Sandwich with American cheese and a selection of fresh veggies at this Subway location. The combination was delicious, and the flavors blended perfectly. The service was great, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Looking forward to my next visit!"

They always greet us with a friendly smile. The restaurant was clean when we visited and they kept all the ingredients stocked up. The best restaurant in Cordova Hands Down!!!

They made a big deal about it having to accept coupons. Asked for a large drink she gave me a medium. Thought she was slick and still overcharged me. Didn't hand me the receipt either. At least they accepted the coupon. Clean store.

This establishment is private owned. They make their own rules and don't honor coupons as the coupons clearly state. Terrible experience but the restaurant was clean ☝?
