Being from the west coast i find it so hard to find a good taco truck that feels and tastes as close to home as possible. But I tell you what this one did it. The carne asada tacos were amazing and the chips taste so close to home I almost cant tell a difference. Fast and good food. Hands down my favorite in the area. Thank you!!!!
This truck is a 20 minute drive from our house one way, but we still visit at least once per week. Their torta cubana is my favorite meal in all of Memphis. Perfectly toasted bread, a large pork tenderloin, creamy avocados, and piled high with so much that I often skip dinner afterwards. Their horchata is a must. Sope and birria tacos are great food options as well. My friends from Mexico and the West Coast agree that this truck is legit.
This is definitely one of our top FAVORITE places to eat in Memphis. Even some days when we are out for a date we just decide to get tacos because they're so good. The beef birria tacos are hands down the best we've ever had, and most certainly the best in Memphis. Must try! You can also call ahead and order for a faster pick up!
