Went in at 6pm, the donuts on display had few gnats flying around them. I asked if I could get them fresh and the young lady with septum piercings got annoyed and had nasty attitude. She rolled up her sleeves and said no we bake donuts at 3am and open 7am. So I thanked her and left, I'm not buying donuts with sprinkled critters on top!

This is by far the “BEST” Donuts I’ve ever had and I’ve lived from the east coast to the west coast from Oregon to Texas and including Indiana… there’s no better tasting dough in any pastries than US Donuts… PLEASE DO NOT BE CLOSED FOR GOOD!
Top quality coffee and freshly baked donuts make a perfect combination. Unlike major donut chains where all donuts are brought in frozen.

We stopped in but no one was at the counter. But the radio was on, so we knew someone had to be there. As we waited, more people came in behind us. The more people came in and no person showed up to help us, we got worried. Eventually, one of the other customers who'd come in behind us, went searching behind the counter. We were worried someone might be hurt. But nope, the young girl was in the bathroom and seemed nonplussed by our concern when she came out and found us searching. Like most young people, she was wearing headphones while in the bathroom and had simply not heard us come in. The donuts were great. The experience, eh.

I walked in and we had to look for the worker so she was in the bathroom so it should have another worker so this wouldn't have happened
