We stopped in but no one was at the counter. But the radio was on, so we knew someone had to be there. As we waited, more people came in behind us. The more people came in and no person showed up to help us, we got worried. Eventually, one of the other customers who'd come in behind us, went searching behind the counter. We were worried someone might be hurt. But nope, the young girl was in the bathroom and seemed nonplussed by our concern when she came out and found us searching. Like most young people, she was wearing headphones while in the bathroom and had simply not heard us come in. The donuts were great. The experience, eh.

I walked in and we had to look for the worker so she was in the bathroom so it should have another worker so this wouldn't have happened

I have waited years to find a donut close to the old Thornton’s Donut formerly on Lamar Ave. Well thanks to U.S.Donuts I don’t have to wait any longer. The donuts are light, airy, and melt in your mouth. Thank you, this is my first order but you’ve gained a loyal customer and I will tell all my friends and family about U.S.Donuts

I came in to get a dozen, and it was late, so they only had a few options. I was totally fine with that, but the clerk was nice enough to discount my donuts for the inconvenience without me having to say a word.

Used to love this place til I learned the staff is either lazy or doesn't want to work. I get the same thing every time which is the ham,egg, and cheese croissant. Well they are becoming hot and they run out every weekend before 11. Well all I can say is don't even bother asking them to make more. They will just tell you that they take too long to make even tho it says they don't close til 8. Like y'all have all day and I know how to drive back to the same place to pick up my food when it's done. My family goes every weekend religiously Saturday and Sunday morning and anytime we are all home together and have the chance to get breakfast together. But now can't wait to find a new to place to love, spend my money at and get breakfast on the weekends with my family. Just figured making a sandwich for a loyal customer who spends plenty of money at said business where food is suppose to be made wouldn't be a issue but I guess I'm wrong.After my complaint the manager made it right and my as I was told 1 and half hour to make sandwich only took them 20 minutes to make, they now again have a happy loyal customer. Thanks US donuts.Back to 1 star. Now they can't make donuts fresh when they run out apparently. Just done with this place. Don't recommend if you're one who can't get breakfast til 10.

This place is amazing and I order from here each and every Sunday. Ms. Pakham is the absolute best and friendliest, quickest, warm and welcoming worker here! I would give it 5 stars EXCEPT - on occasion I get another server. Like this past Sunday September 17. Ms. Pakham was out and for the second time I got a young lady serving me. The first time this lady served me, she was very slow, starting off at the other customers, pausing randomly, and overall taking about ten times longer than it should take to get a couple dozen donuts. I thought - ok, she’s new. THEN last Sunday, weeks later, it was the same situation. She needs significant coaching about how to work faster, knowing that many customers are in a rush especially on Sundays when I’m popping in to get donuts for church.

This place is really good like the donuts a lot.
