Food so Good and Delicious 🤤 but also high in price for a fast food restaurant..! Gotta be honest they give you very little for the amount they charge. If you looking 👀 for leftovers look somewhere else… Lol but the food is FIRE 🔥!!! I will come again though because it is good eating 👍. 34 dollars 💵 and some change spent on food and drinks 🥤for two people!!!

The young lady taking my order was very sweet. The food was good and hot. My problem is with that rude manager. She is a short heavy set light skinned woman. People like her will run a business into the ground. I come into this location at least 4 times a week and every time I see her she is either giving customers nasty attitudes or just being plain out rude. This location will probably end up suffering because of her

I am very disappointed with my recent experience. My original order the Kiddy Fingerz Meal and Grilled Cheese was not prepared properly, so I called and spoke with a manager who told me I could come in for a replacement.
When I arrived, the manager on duty, Chayal, was rude and unhelpful. She called the general manager, Fierra, but neither of them resolved the issue or replaced my food as promised. Instead of helping, they treated me poorly and made the situation worse.
This level of service is unacceptable. I expected my order to be replaced as agreed, but nothing was done. I hope management takes this seriously and improves customer service.

They got my order wrong, and when I asked them to add another meal I had ordered through the drive-thru, they rudely told me to go around the drive-thru again. I decided to return the order and ask for a refund.

i have frequented this location a lot over the past few months and i specifically drive to this location, which is out of my way, for one reason. derek! he always has an upbeat attitude and makes my day better by making me laugh or just simply being kind. even with our brief encounters through the drive thru daily i can tell he truly cares not only about his job but how we, the customers, feel. derek if you see this the girl in the red honda loves you and your hard work and care are not going unnoticed! keep up the great work!

I ordered some chicken bacon ranch fries and they were delicious. It was a little pricey but well worth the money. The drive thru lady was polite and courteous to me. I will definitely be a return customer whenever I am in the area and in the mood for Zaxby’s

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the unacceptable experience I had at your Zaxby’s location at 1180 N Houston Levee Rd.
On this visit, my coworker ordered lunch for both of us. Her meal arrived soggy, with wings that were undercooked and unsafe to eat. My meal was also incorrect — I ordered the Great 8 meal, but only received five wings. Given the multiple issues, I returned to the store immediately with the uneaten meal to have it corrected.
Upon my arrival, I was met with immediate resistance and an unprofessional attitude from two employees, Markell and Kyel. Although I explained the situation calmly, they refused to assist me because I did not have the receipt on hand. They examined the food, falsely accused me of having eaten it, and dismissed my concerns with snide remarks and visible disrespect. Even more disturbing was their behavior at the drive-thru window: eye rolling, sarcastic comments, and visible mocking gestures while I was still present. This is not the level of professionalism or customer service I expect from any business, much less one I have supported for years.
To make matters worse, I was told I would have to repurchase the entire meal, as they “couldn’t verify” if it was ordered from their location. This experience was not only embarrassing, but also incredibly disappointing. I have been a loyal customer of Zaxby’s, but this situation has left me questioning whether I will ever return.
At this point, I expect a manager or district representative to contact me directly to resolve this matter appropriately. This situation warrants more than a standard apology. I believe management needs to seriously address the staff’s behavior and how they are representing the Zaxby’s brand.

The manager, Dil, was extremely friendly and professional. She was a breath of fresh air from other experiences I have had at fast food restaurants in this city. I will definitely be coming back to this particular Zaxby's!

Food was really good. Guy started yelling at me in the drive-thru; afterwards, the staff asked if i was okay and made jokes about it to lighten to mood. Great staff!

Picked up my order in drive-thru but when I arrived home, part of it was missing. When I called the store, the manager went above and beyond to make it right. Highly recommend this location! Service has always been fast and friendly.
