I feel so bad for the staff including the ones in the kitchen. We tried again tonight with a group of 10 and had to leave early. It was over 80 degrees in the restaurant. Hungry and hot children are not a good combination. The staff was so helpful and packed up our food for us before it even made it to our table. Will not be able to come back and enjoy the atmosphere until the ac is working.“

“Today was my first visit, at Jonathan's Grille. I had lunch with a friend, and it was a nice experience. Everyone was nice, and friendly, especially the Waiter. The restaurant has a variety of food to choose, from Salads, Sandwiches, Soups, etc. I had A Turkey Burger with Sweet Potatoe Fries. My Friend had a French Dip Sandwich with Onion Rings. We Both had Water with lemon. I recommend this place to Anyone. Easy Parking, and Nice Atmosphere.“

“We have had take out many times prior tonight and always a delicious meal. Unfortunately tonight was not! My meal was a large beef,noodles and vegetables. The plate was 80% noodles, 10 % beef, which was tasteless and chewy, % 20 vegetables which were tasteless. Will have to rethink ordering again.
Well we ordered again and the meals for both of us were outstanding! I take back what the meal prior to tonight was about. Beef was not chewy, a nice mix mixture of veggies and noodles. You have won me back to your drive for excellent food and service. 👏👏👏“

I was only able to eat about half of what they gave me before getting full and it was a shame because the meal was delicious and I was traveling so I was not able to take my leftovers home. The Chile bravos mixed with the chorizo dip was top notch. My wife had the quesadilla and I had the parillada. I would recommend this place to anyone in White House, TN looking for a good meal.“

“I love this place, however I do have some feedback for some confusion we’ve had here. First things first, the good: The chicken soup is heavenly. The food is always on point! The service is fantastic! We have dined in a few times but we most often order online. My only feedback is really for owners/management. The name change thing is really confusing. Ricardo’s or El Mezcal? When I’m looking at the various online menus, I’m not always certain I found the right spot. I have to look at the online menu because when I’m ordering on door dash or uber eats, there is no description of the food. For example the a la cart burrito just says “burrito,” no idea what is inside that burrito. Not everyone makes burritos the same haha. Also, the up charge for adding chicken onto a burrito or enchilada is +$7.99 (on Uber eats/doordash)?! I’m genuinely wondering if thats a typo because that is an insane upcharge for a little bit of chicken. Anyway, love this place, would really like management or ownership to address those online and ordering app confusion and discrepancies. I will be happy to change my rating to a 5 if this can be addressed.“
