They were terrible the manager waited on us after about 15 minutes of waiting. She took our drink and meal order brought our drinks then we never saw her again. Mentioned it to the others at the table that I thought she was probably the cook also come to be she was. We waited for 2 hours never saw her again couldn’t get refills. So after about 2+ hours we got up and left. There were others there waiting also for long periods of time. Another table that got there 15-20 minutes after us and ordered after us that received there meal. We won’t be back !!!!

Don't waste your time
I didn't get to try the food because no one ever came to take my order. I sat waiting for 20 minutes....at the bar! All the employees seem focused on trying not to see you so you couldnt stop them to ask for anything. They weren't as busy as I expected them to be when I first walked in and now I know why. I've worked Applebee's in the past and there's no excuse for the lack of service I seen throughout the whole restaurant. By far theworst I'vee seen in a long time.

We visited this location after church and didn’t expect such slow service. We informed the manager on the issue and he just said that they were short handed. The manager didn’t seem like he was really concerned. He didn’t try to help the server at all.

The food here is excellent. I enjoyed it and the people that I was with seem to enjoy their food. I'm going to give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt and say I believe that they were a little understaffed. Tonight. There was a considerable weight from the order to win the food service began. I think the young lady's working tonight were diligent but they didn't seem happy about being there. Every indication like I said would be that maybe they were short-staffed. If you're patient and you want a quality meal, I would suggest this place. If you're in a hurry, maybe think twice.

Waitress was great and sweet and thorough but took forever and she would go in back and would never see her again , never brought salad and never filled out drinks and when we tried to get a refill or anything really she or anyone was anywhere to be seen. The guy working at the bar, well he stayed outside most of the 2 hours it took us to get out of there. She brought the bill with the food and never seen her again Had to go to the kitchen to just get the bill paid and that still took forever

I usually give the 3 strike rule. Strike 1 was the waitress took over 15 minutes to take our order. Then it it took almost 45 minutes to get the food. If there were alot people in the place I could understand, however there were only 4 tables utilized and just a couple people at the bar. Strike 2 was another time that we came, very few people in the resturant and it still took them almost 45 minutes to get our food. Tonight is strike 3. This time our onion rings were overcooked and hard. My chicken was overcooked and dry. The service was a little faster, but all the waitresses were playing around not taking care of there customers. At least our waitress was professional.

Ordered online. 20 minutes after the pickup time, my order was still not ready and I had to wait in sticky liquor no one cleaned up, a bar full of plates and trash from customers that had left before I arrived. No apologies, only 3 customers in store who had already been served, barely saw anyone actually working. More employees were seen outside than actually working.
Clearly no one cares at this location, I will not return.

I ordered the chicken mexi bowl for pickup and they made it look very pretty. Unfortunately the bowl had old lettuce all through it. I had to pick off all the lettuce and the tortilla strips were stale as well. Won’t be ordering from this location again. YUCK!!!
