“I cannot say enough good things about this place. My family and I visited for the first time this weekend and the food was absolutely amazing and the service/hospitality was top notch. Kelvin, Alexis and Guy took great care of us and they deserve all the praise in the world. That smoked turkey leg was one of the best things I’ve ever had. We will most definitely be back soon!”

“Thank you for a wonderful lunch! We have been in a couple of times since the change in ownership. The first time, we were a little taken aback with the disgruntled employees voicing their thoughts and opinions to the customers. They apparently disliked the new handhelds and the changes that were taking place. The food was excellent and we left knowing we would be back and hoped the kinks would work themselves out. We went again last week and were extremely pleased with so many things. When we walked in, the bright, clean walls were a breath of fresh air! Everything looked so clean and we loved the chalkboard specials immediately! We had excellent service and food too! We learned that most of the old staff is gone, for whatever reason, but the new staff was very friendly and competent. We did not leave feeling uncomfortable and expressed how much we liked everything before we left. I know that people usually do not like change and tend to band together, but this should not be a time for that. We should be protecting small businesses, helping small business owners and wanting things to succeed in our area. Owning a restaurant is hard enough without added pressure from those that cannot see that change can be a good thing. This is a good thing and we should all support them! We will definitely be back and have shared our experience with many people in this area and people from other areas that we recommend to come shop and eat in Covington. Thank you for an awesome lunch!!!!”

“Been going there for 2 years now. I am new in town and thank full that somebody knows how to cook in covington tenn. Nancy is always coming up with new menu items. Her kind nature is genuine. Brought lunch to our home recently, knowing that I was ill from a medical procedure. Angles like this are hard to find.”

“just ordered food from China Gourmet in Signal Hill, Ca.. upon entering the restaurant a young man greeted me with a hello. He was pleasent and welcoming. He took my order of mushroom chicken, mixed vegetables and rice with a two order combo. I had BBQ pork, half and half and jalapeño chicken, with two drinks. Returned home and started to dive in! WOW IT WAS AMAZING! The pork was cooked just right, the chicken was extremely delicious and chow mein was actual chow mein and not Top Ramen noodles substitute. my friend who ordered the mushroom chicken and vegetables couldn't stop eating. I've been to numerous fast Chinese food places and none of them have been as good as this place with the quality of food and the amount given. the price was moderate in today's society of price gouging it was $27 and well worth it. if you enjoy Chinese food and really want to get a bang for your buck as well as and enjoyment of flavors in your mouth go to China Gourmet!”

“By far THE BEST WHOPPER I’ve ever had. Customer Service was a 10/10. The way the burger looked freshly made and was put together perfectly. I’ve never in my life had a Whopper look presentable like you see on TV and be the exact same product you get in person. Also, it tastes AMAZING!!! Like I could actually taste the flame grilled taste and that’s a first. I used to eat BK 9 years but stopped due to the lack of quality and and inconsistency in the food I ordered. I typically do not eat fast food , but I will literally be buying this Whopper twice a week at least. That’s how good it was. I also love how it came in a box and half wrapped with the paper. It elevated the experience of the Whopper. I just want to say, BK Covington, YOU ALL DID YOUR THING ON THIS UPGRADED WHOPPER. Keep it up.”
