“The food was great, so was service and the ambiance was to be expected. The staff knew what they were doing, they were a little confused when my mom got up to use the restroom and they thought she was leaving without paying but it was no problem. lol. I loved the cheese sauce and mushrooms with whatever I ordered because I cannot remember. But we came here because it was the margaritas with the best reviews in the area and I can see why. I was impressed for my first time trying Margaritas.”
“Service is always great here. Even if they are busy, the staff keeps you updated on your orders and your drinks full.Food is very good. Wing size varies from time to time, but flavor is always spot on.”
“First time being there in over 2 years. Last time I was there around 2 years ago when the business changed hands and it was absolutely horrible and didnt go back. Today I went and it was just like it used to be. The waitresses were so nice and friendly and our food was ready to go in about 20 minutes. I hope they got rid of that horrible mean woman from a few years ago. Will definately start going back. The food was just like it used to be!”

“One of the last few OLD SCHOOL dives in Shelby County. If you are a Connie Sewer of dives like I am, you owe it to yourself to belly up at Morries Tavern. It's the REAL DEAL. Cheep beer, long board shuffle, jukebox, dog friendly.”
“First time here, the owner, Martha, who rang us up was very friendly and answered all questions we had. Got nachos then added chili AFTER hence the bowl. Daughter got oreo milkshake. $15.39 sat and before we knew it, 45 mins passed bc it was sooo many chips! Hole in the wall gem on location but a must try.”

“Good food and service. Prices are reasonable. I had the shrimp fajitas. Shrimp were not overcooked. Kids had the Pollo feliz cheesy chicken and rice. Plenty of food on the kids plate. The salsa was the best I have had at most the Mexican restaurants in a while. It was flavorful and not watery.”
“While most of Delta Blues’ wines lack complexity, there are a couple of options that make the trip worthwhile. My favorites are their Cayuga and Bodacious Blackberry. More than the wine however, I love the staff. The winery features live music and various food trucks, both of which prolong my visits.”

“I was introduced to this food truck after the St. Jude marathon by Ree-Ree Sanders. I believe it was a mixture of my hungriness and curiosity that drew me try this delicacy. I ordered three supreme chicken tacos and I wish I could have ordered three more. I swallowed those tacos before I made it home. I will definitely look for them in the future. Thanks for the recommendation Ree-Ree.”
“I eat here frequently and always order as take out. The staff are always polite and quick to answer the phone. They've never made any mistakes with my food, it's always accurate and ready for pickup within the estimated time that I'm told when ordering. My only complaint is that they don't change the cooking oil for the tortilla chips as frequently as they should.”
“Nice place. Away from the hustle and bustle. Good food and great service. I was waited on by one of the owners. I looked around and saw what others were eating today and Porch Chops were the big thing today. I got mine in sandwich form. Never thought I’d be bragging about a porch chop sandwich but here I am. Almost like a Memphis bbq, you have to eat your way around the outside first. Followed that with some coconut pie and it was a wonderful lunch. Enjoy.Kid-friendliness: Kids portion and Mac and cheese.”
“The food was so delicious, VERY affordable, and came out quickly. It's nice to have a restaurant so close to hoke that provides great food and service - highly recommend as my new favorite restaurant in Atoka.”
“This was the first time I visited this restaurant and it didn't disappoint. I've been putting off eating there because when you live near Memphis, you get tired of BBQ real quickly. Here's the thing I didn't know.. They have many other options than BBQ!! So, you know a restaurant that has catfish on the menu, in my book, is totally defined by the catfish! Guess what, I got that 2 piece catfish that comes with 2 sides and 3 hush puppies. I was AMAZING, hence the 5 starts I gave. The service by Abby, our waitress, was very efficient and personable. I will ask for her every time I go here. Oh, I forgot about the BBQ egg roll we had as an appetizer.. Only 1 cause they're huge!! I was hungry and failed to take a photo of it. The wife got the ribs, and she was impressed! Highly recommended this BBQ egg roll!! In all, excellent food, service, and highly recommend!!”
