“Despite some lukewarm reviews for the brisket, I decided to get some for my anniversary. Ordered some takeout along with the pork rolls that my wife loves. She and I were crazy about the brisket, tender and juicy. Will definitely order it again. BTW, I liked the atmosphere of the dining area. I believe we have a local BBQ place that Memphis folks would want to make the drive for.”

“On September 19 around 7pm - I visited Mandarin Wok and ordered the chicken curry. I signed the receipt but accidentally left the tip section blank. The next day, I noticed I was charged $20.27 for what should have been a $16 order.

I called the restaurant, and Sophia kindly answered. She invited me to come in so we could resolve the issue together. When I arrived, she patiently pulled out every receipt from that day and worked with me to find mine. At first, my card number didn’t match any of the receipts she showed, which made the process take longer. Still, she remained patient, understanding, and determined to help.

Eventually, we located my receipt, though it displayed a different card number. Despite the confusion, Sophia contacted their support team, who confirmed that I had been accidentally overcharged. They assured me a refund would be issued within the week and apologized for the mistake. They also promised that if the refund didn’t process, I could come back to receive it directly at the restaurant.

I truly appreciate Sophia’s patience and honesty throughout this experience. It’s rare to find businesses that handle situations like this with such integrity. Because of her excellent service, I highly recommend Mandarin Wok and will definitely be returning!”

“Had the best experience today with Brayley! I picked up a bulk coffee order and she had it all ready to go! I grabbed a couple of cookies and a cheddar jalapeño bread from the daily bread while inside! The strawberry wafer cookie was just as good as I imagined it would be! Huge and so soft! Olympic staff, employees are well trained and keep the Restaurant very clean. I've been impressed with the service during the meals. There, some new restaurants in Millington and the service is terrible in those other establishments. I highly recommend enjoying any meal from Olympic Steakhouse, no matter what location you enjoy the Olympic Steakhouse. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟”
