Ming's Buffet & Grill offers a mostly good food selection, with some dishes being exceptionally great. The restaurant is known for its delicious food, including good sushi, and provides a nice and quiet atmosphere that many diners enjoy. The servers are attentive and responsive, and the kitchen staff efficiently maintain the buffet bars. However, some diners have experienced issues with food temperature, as sometimes the food isn’t very hot, and the cleanliness of the restrooms has been a concern. Despite this, the restaurant's efforts to reduce food waste and provide fresh food are notable. A suggestion from customers includes improving the storage of silverware to ensure hygiene. Overall, Ming's Buffet & Grill remains a favorite among many for its great service and enjoyable dining experience.
