Excellent! Don’t let the outside appearance fool you!
This place has been around since I was a kid (20 years ago). We used to go almost every Sunday for lunch and it always busy, the restaurant at the time was very modernized, clean, etc. We gradually stopped going and within the last 3 years I tried it again. The first time going back I was shocked at how this place has changed (or not changed). The TLC that was put into this place when I was younger is almost nonexistent now. Booths are used for storage. Just happened to be in the area and craving Chinese food, this place did not disappoint! Now I did not do the buffet, ordered off the menu- chicken on sticks and black pepper chicken and chose plain fried rice. Everything was HOT and FRESH cooked (not pulled from the buffet). Chicken on sticks really hit the spot, I ordered teriyaki sauce to dip but I enjoyed the flavorful chicken with or without sauce. Fried rice was good I added soy sauce and perfecto!
