Absolutely perfect every single time. As someone who lived in Japan and enjoyed traditional matcha there, I can honestly say their matcha is incredibly good. And reminds us of where we lived. It’s smooth, balanced, and authentic without being overly sweet. Easily one of the best matcha drinks I’ve had since leaving Japan. So thankful to have a place like this nearby!”

“It is seldom that a business exceeds expectations but Crave Sweets decorating team knocked it out of the park on my sons Groomscake, it was the ole miss stadium with the grove…attention to detail was flawless and the taste incrediable! We sent her a photo for inspiration and she brought it to life! Everyone was working so hard to get everything ready, we even started the ceremony pretty late, so I must add how incredibly helpful it was that she also delivered and arranged it all for us! ❤️ 10/10 recommend! Lastly, it was WAY more affordable then going with one of the large corporate brands! Thanks Karen for playing such a huge part in our day!

“By far THE BEST WHOPPER I’ve ever had. Customer Service was a 10/10. The way the burger looked freshly made and was put together perfectly. I’ve never in my life had a Whopper look presentable like you see on TV and be the exact same product you get in person. Also, it tastes AMAZING!!! Like I could actually taste the flame grilled taste and that’s a first. I used to eat BK 9 years but stopped due to the lack of quality and and inconsistency in the food I ordered. I typically do not eat fast food , but I will literally be buying this Whopper twice a week at least. That’s how good it was. I also love how it came in a box and half wrapped with the paper. It elevated the experience of the Whopper. I just want to say, BK Covington, YOU ALL DID YOUR THING ON THIS UPGRADED WHOPPER. Keep it up.”

“Not being from the area. I ordered online before heading to gym for game. Anyway my order wasn’t ready. Upon entering. Laken asked my name. But greeted me first she said I’m two orders ahead of yours. I said okay. She was moving so fast. No one seemed overwgelmed. They all worked fast. Anyway I asked about honey packets and she asked how many more I needed. Then I asked about peppermint. She asked did I want her to add I said yes please. She said for future it’s an option on the app. I said thank you. ALL while working. She didn’t ignore me. I wish all locations were like this. I will be bask when we’re in area. Thank you for great customer service. On a Saturday morning Nov 1st at 12 p.m. everyone worked great together.”

“Hands down Best fast Chinese food I’ve had in 20+ years. Reminds me of the Chinese food I used to get when I lived in flushing 20 years ago. Good quality ingredients cooked to order in a visible kitchen by Asian chefs. 9/10 only because location and an atmosphere I wouldn’t dine in at. But take out is def. 10/10”

Returned on March 14th around 8pm, there were 2 young men working. Rodney and Jacob were very polite. Our food was served in a timely manner. These guys definitely earned my respect.”
