“I've never in my 28 yrs of life ate my tortilla chips the way this place does theirs. Literally worth every minute I had to drive back to the hotel. This is in Oakland and the room is about 14 mins frm here!! It's so good it'll make you wanna slap your granny!”

I loved the fact they knew alot of folks by face when they entered.The pretty young lady that chatted with me impressed me with how she engaged me while I waited for my large order to be put together. She was very polite, I guess that is what has made the experience stand out to me. I wish I had gotten her name.Once we dug into the ribs (which fell off the bones) and the baked potato salad just knocked us off out feet. So tasty and oh so tender!We will be back even with the hr drive each way!”

“So it's been 7 years since my last review and this is still my favorite place to eat in Oakland. It's always fresh, always hot, always tasty!Here's what I'd recommend: XL Burrito, add cheese dip; Lamb Tacos; Carnitas Tacos; Street Rice; Street Corn; Tamales, add cheese sauce or salsa; Aqua Fresca to drink, the melon or pineapple are my favorites if pulp bothers you, get something else. My wife would add Volcano Tacos to this list. The staff is always nice and the restaurant is always clean. The price doesn't concern me as it's no more expensive than any other restaurant with this quality of food!”

“The closest thing to getting inside the loop in Chicago!!! I'm so glad there is a way to get a taste of the windy city around here. It's totally worth the 45-minute drive for me. “Asian Star is a great local spot for a quick bite of Asian cuisine. Their service is quick from order to finished dishes. I never have to wait longer than 10 minutes for food. It’s a “order at the counter” style restaurant but offer convenient seating if you want to dine in! If you have a craving for extra fortune cookies, ask nicely and they’ll throw a few extra in the bag! Great food, service and experience!”

“Definitely wish we had ordered from here sooner. We had steak and cheese subs that were gone in seconds and followed up with the mexican pizza. Everything was delicious and the lady at the counter was so nice. The salsas had good flavor and spice. Cant wait to try the rest of the menu. Thank you!”

“I always get food to go, but it is always done quickly and correct.I usually order the filet mignon hibachi which takes me multiple sittings to finish and they have the best fried rice of any restaurant I've been to.”

“Service was great. It's a small place. We seated ourselves after the staff acknowledged us. We had salsa and chips quickly. Cheese dip was good. Guacamole is smooth which I like. I don't want a crunchy onion or tomato pieces in mine. And the shredded beef chimichangas were tasty. Overall great experience. Will definitely stop again on our travels to and from Memphis.”

“I love Sonic. Usually, I will order on the app, and then when I arrive, type my stall number in, and it's ready to go. Just have to wait a few for a server to bring it out. The best time to go is during happy hour, and it can definitely get packed, but they have plenty of stalls to accommodate quite a few cars.I ordered the new hickory bbq burger, tots, mozzarella sticks (small), and a mango tea. The only downside was they forgot my marinara sauce for my mozzarella sticks, and I didn't notice until I was gone. Other than that I enjoy the food, especially the tots.”

“We were looking for a good place to grab a bite, spotted your sign and stopped. We ordered a small sausage and mushroom pizza. It was a thick crust and looked pretty good, we were not disappointed. Great taste, good flavor and chewy cheese. Will remember this place and stop next time we're in the area. It don't get much better.???....”
