The food was fine. The issue was we bought a large drink and the diet Pepsi was out and they said they couldn't refill it and the diet Dr pepper tasted bad. We were stuck with the not great tea we didn't want. So basically $3.39 wasted.
Parking: The drive out is terrible and full of bad pot holes.

Tasty as usual and the service was as good as ever. As a past food service manager it's nice to see it get done with what seems like a small but well trained and well mannered staff.

I went to this location today around 3:30pm. The young lady took my order in the drive-thru. I gave her my card for my payment. She never asked what type of sauce I wanted, so before she closed the window. I said I would like vinegar and tartar sauce. She gave me my food. I said,thank you, have a nice day. She barely opened her mouth and didn't say thank you, have a good day. Nothing. She said ummm. As you can see I can't spell what she said. We as black people have to do better in customer service, especially if you plan on getting somewhere in life. Some additional training need to be had or if you don't like your job, go somewhere else. Maybe find out who trains Chick-fil-A and learn from them . I work in customer service as well. This type of service would never be tolerated

The one here in town where I presently reside Covington TN is so much better than the one in Millington, TN I promise you that you will have your mouth watering when you get the first bite in ??️ so buttery and cooked right on point and trust me when I say that I was very pleased with the meal and the company of my husband was pretty dang nice!!! So hands up ? for the crew that evening I don't know who you are but KUDOS to you and my taste buds will be visiting you again in the very near future ? COVINGTON CAPTAIN D'S YOU ROCK ?
