It’s sad when you can’t even go places now days and get people to cook food correctly in a deep fryer stopped at this location after my daughters basketball game hungry as ever just to get some half cooked fish and hush puppies tasted weird as well am so upset because I don’t live in that area I will never come to this location again .I should have followed my first mind and went to germantown or, stage.rd you would think after waiting past 10mins for my food it would’ve been cooked all the way through fingers crossed I don’t get sick from consuming what I have already eaten before realizing it was half cooked.

Waited forever and still got wrong food at drive through . The manager got smart with me cause it took forever and I wanted my money back. Will not ever go here again never eat at the Covington location
Was very fast with the food. They knew regulars orders as soon as they walked in the door from just seeing their faces and very expedient on getting to you severing you and the food was fast in fresh . Down the road a bit is a wendys if you don't like fish might just see me in the wendys as im a manager there occasionally when they need me

I went to the Captain D'S here in Covington, TN today..... The food tasted horribleeee. I got the 2 piece fish and chicken meal. The fish was very dry and barely had any taste, parts of the chicken tenders felt like rubber as I tried to eat it, the fries had a old, kinda burnt taste to them and were not fresh at all; and even the Mac and Cheese, which is my favorite at Capttain D'S, had a sour taste to it....... The whole meal was awful. The only thing I enjoyed was the breadstick. And I paid $19; Smh; I will try to get in contact with the District Manager for this location. This is ridiculous...... Very disappointed. I hope I don't get sick from the small portion of mac and cheese I ate; because I did have a sour taste..... That was the first time it ever tasted like that...... Terrible..... I knew I should've got something to eat from another place instead

Food was hot, and the fries where good. But I got catfish, and idk of it was even catfish. It was a white fish. And more like fish sticks. Little expensive for fish sticks. And it didn't even come with a beverage.

I am totally disappointed in this establishment, it takes forever to get your order and when you do get it!! No apology for the long wait time, NOTHING!! Not to mention the bad attitudes!! It doesn't hurt anyone to speak and say thank you!! When they are waiting on you! I had to pull in the parking place because they were so slow with my order!! And to top things off after the 15 minute wait, not to mention I had already waited 10 to 12 minutes at the window then to be told to pull into a parking place, when the girl brought my order to the car, she never offered an apology for the long wait time!! Simply handed me my food and walked OFF!! Wake up call, customers are the ones paying their salary!! I am so over these RUDE WORKERS AND BAD ATTITUDES!! AND MY FOOD WAS COLD!!
