I went to this location today around 3:30pm. The young lady took my order in the drive-thru. I gave her my card for my payment. She never asked what type of sauce I wanted, so before she closed the window. I said I would like vinegar and tartar sauce. She gave me my food. I said,thank you, have a nice day. She barely opened her mouth and didn't say thank you, have a good day. Nothing. She said ummm. As you can see I can't spell what she said. We as black people have to do better in customer service, especially if you plan on getting somewhere in life. Some additional training need to be had or if you don't like your job, go somewhere else. Maybe find out who trains Chick-fil-A and learn from them . I work in customer service as well. This type of service would never be tolerated

The one here in town where I presently reside Covington TN is so much better than the one in Millington, TN I promise you that you will have your mouth watering when you get the first bite in ??️ so buttery and cooked right on point and trust me when I say that I was very pleased with the meal and the company of my husband was pretty dang nice!!! So hands up ? for the crew that evening I don't know who you are but KUDOS to you and my taste buds will be visiting you again in the very near future ? COVINGTON CAPTAIN D'S YOU ROCK ?

I work near them at one of the Hotels ,I go there at least 3 or 4 times a week for the giant fish sandwich and everyone are always professional and polite,never takes too long for food to get to me. Great people, food and place.

The restaurant was really dirty tonight tables and floor had to ask for
worse soggy fish and everything else is like it had been setting for at least an hour,cold soggy okra no fries that was to go with order and the employees,didn't seem to give a damn. In stead of $5.?? the price was $17.??If you want a good fish meal this is not what they add on T.V. The help was worthless, will never go back and suggest nobody else go there. The one on union is the pits.
