I came through to get my niece a order of French fries. I asked for them to be dropped fresh. Lady didn't ackowledge what I said so I had repeated myself. Paid for my fries was asked to pull up got my fries they were hot but looked to have been cooked maybe to long I tried one while They were cooling for her. How yall gonna drop old fries when I had asked for fresh fries? You could taste that They were old. I havent been here in a min because im always disappointed in the food recently. If im paying a price for food I expect and im sure everyone else would like fresh food that is a good temperature and doesnt taste old or old grease.

Came in for dine in. Ordering was fine ,continued to find a seat. Not a soul was in there eating besides us.cars continued to pass through the drive thru. I walked up to the front to see what the hold up was, our food was in the heat window ready for who knows how long and no one bothered to check on it. Very poor service all around. Never tried the food.

Place a order at 9:38 all my drinks were wrong and at 9:45 got half my order went back up at 10:00 got everything but my country fried steak and the lady said it would be 4 more minutes I returned at 10:10 was told it would be another 4 minutes finally received all 4 meals by 10:15 this is beyond acceptable not to mention that the lady was hateful and rude towards me and my wife my family comes every Sunday this will be the last.

Sat in line for 15 minutes this morning for breakfast just to get to the drive thru microphone and have to sit for another 10 minutes. Tried to order my breakfast and was told they were out of breakfast. Still 10 minutes prior to the end of the posted breakfast times.

Love Jack's great food and the people are awesome.
Came here for breakfast. Placed our order and waited 30 minutes. They lost the order then pulled a sandwich off the warmer that had been sitting about 15 minutes to take the meat off and swap for other meat then made our other food on the order. After 40 minutes we finally had our meal. The employees were too busy playing around instead of working to get the orders out. Several other people's orders were also randomly missed causing them to wait longer than they should. The manager never came out to apologize or assist with getting the orders together. They wouldn't even through in a $1 apple pie for the inconvenience. An hour later we are finally back on the road to complete our trip which is now behind schedule. The company should really re-evaluate the management team and staff at this location. It is one thing to have a good time and enjoy your day while working but it is another when you are too busy playing and not working.

Went 10 minutes before breakfast was over & asked if I wanted to wait on a fresh biscuit and I said yes. After waiting on my food & arriving 1 mile down the road for church, I discovered that I didn't receive the fresh biscuit, the cheese wasn't melted on the egg and the whole thing was cold. I didn't have time to return ? !
