Daughter tried to apply for a job at this location. Manager encouraged her to apply. She applied and was given an interview time. When she showed up; a different manager claimed they were not hiring and that their indeed link was broken. I complained to Little Caesars corporate. They just said that it's a franchise and nothing they could do. What a shame.

My food was burning up I have pictures. I wouldn’t even put them stars if I didn’t have to, and I contacted them still have the food in my fridge and nobody’s contacted me. It’s ridiculous.

Only complaint is i watched them joke around in the lobby for over 20 monster before I finally asked for my food and they handed it to me. I don't understand why they just left me and the people waiting behind me until I asked what was wrong.

Absolutely disappointed. Was told that they had a sausage ready. They didnt. Was told the wings were coming out. They wernt. I am an EMT in Tipton County and on this day i was on shift. I waited almost 15 min. Had to leave my wings behind because i got a call. To say im mad is an understatement.

Ordered a stuffed crust, crazy bread, and a 2L(a special). The pizza crust(bottom) seemed raw or so thin you could literally see through it, it wasn’t cut, and either the crust pounded away from the pizza or the pizza couldn’t come off the bottom of the box. The box itself was soaked with grease… and we didn’t get our 2L. The bread sticks weren’t fully cooked either, you could literally see the wet, raw dough. I took the order back and was met with an attitude from the manager, who wanted to argue that the pizza was cooked but now has to make another pizza because she touched it. When shown the literal issues, I don’t understand the need to argue with the customer. I paid for my food, I wasn’t asking for anything free….

Ordered 35 pizzas for kid's class room party. Everything we ordered was perfect and delicious
I have ordered from this location twice. Both times I had issues. The first time they charged me twice and I had to call several different numbers and ended up having to call the Covington store again. After calling them twice and corporate twice I was frustrated. I ended up getting a refund, but I had to be ugly to get anything done. Second time I ordered the brownie and didn’t receive it and you can’t get through to the store.
