I have good service every time I come to this location,my items are correct and the Manager (starts with an E I believe) is always a delight,she makes sure my iced coffee is always on point.

I just left here 20 mins ago on my way back to Dyersburg and I ordered the sausage mcgriddle meal and these people didn't even put my sausage on my sandwich and to add insult to injury their phone is constantly busy 😂 what a joke ! Get it together y'all .

Well, only my order, when I got to the first window there was nobody there to pay, I got to the second one, it took a while. There were like four or five people in the kitchen and they were playing games. Well, after I paid, they brought me the food after 30 minutes, they didn't give me the food as I had ordered it, I'm not coming back. They bring the food. After 30 minutes they didn't give me the food I had ordered. I'm never going back to that place. They need to change the night staff because otherwise the restaurant will go downhill.

The restaurant is listed at closing at 1 AM on Saturday. I arrived at the drive-through at 11:40 PM. Someone answered and said “I’m sorry at this moment we are closed“. I asked him what time do they close and he said right now.I said you’re listed as being open until 1 AM and he replied saying that’s what time we all walk out of the building.

I want to thank the store manager DeShonda for the hospitality and caring for her job today, I had a online order and I picked it up and got home because my wife was feeling horrible, and I didn't have my entire order,so I called the store and let them know the issue and DeShonda fixed the problem without hesitation. I really had a great experience at this McDonald's,thank y'all so much for being understanding.

Worst McD’s on the planet. Staff hates people. Ordered. Waited 35 minutes. Got a refund & left. No food. No apology.

Went there and had 38 dollars in cash. Left with 13 dollars. I ordered two medium frappes, a large fry and a happy meal and it was somehow 20 dollars. Then she kept asking me for more money so I lost track of how much I was giving her then my passenger was asking for a receipt and we never got it. Pretty sure the lady just robbed me blind. Horrible place never go there.

Food I have no complaints but the service is terrible. Me and my wife waited 20 plus mins on an order and when someone finally asked what we needed they said they haven’t saw our order come through. Employees are playing in the kitchen and cussing loudly where customers and kids can hear them. This is the 3rd time this has happened within a week time. We will not be back.

Always remember to use your mcdonalds app! Without the app this place isnt worth the portions.
For a mcdonalds however it is one of the better ones ive been to. Stays clean, vagrant free, and generally hot food every time.

I hate coming to McDonald's. 90% of the time the order is wrong and when you try to get it corrected it a major inconvenience for them. Lobby door is locked so you cant go in to get it corrected then have to wait for another 20 minutes in the drive through. WTH.
