Everytime I order thru drive thru and a lady starts taking my order, she would get someone else to talk to me, I would hear them laughing in the background. I have a accent because I am an Asian so I stop going there.

Overall very good food. But there were literal shoe print ON THE TABLES, worker did not use gloves when assembling burgers, and service was very slow. I was able to eat all my food before my husband got his.

this place SUCKS, first off, we got 3 diet cokes, one was FLAT, mine taste like trash, and we called about it so they could know to change it, and we got hung up on. food was okay.

Rude staff and incomplete order because "we ain't allow to sell it" despite the advertisements every where at the location. On top of that, no refund for the items I paid for and didn't receive. 3 bucks won't break the bank, but purely the principal of them taking the money for what they don't or "can't" sell.

I'm currently staying in the hotel across the street and thought I would like a burger before it gets too late. So I walk across the street to the restaurant. Since I'm walking, I'm hoping for my sake that the dining room is still open. The front door is locked, but the hours for both drive thru and dine in are clearly printed on a business hours decal obviously supplied by McDonald's. It's 9:45pm but thank goodness their dine in hours show clearly that they are open until 11pm. So I walk around to the far side, and that door is indeed open. So I go in and begin placing my order on the kiosk since their business hours sign clearly show they are open for another hour and 15 minutes.. A woman, who I'm going to take a guess and say is the manager, was leaning up on the drink bar talking to another employee. Possibly taking a break, i dont know. She informed me that the dining room is closed. I replied that's not what the sign on the door says. She reaffirms that the dining area is closed. As I'm headed towards the door, she says I can go ahead and place an order since I'm there. I replied no ma'am, im going to get my truck and go around like everyone else." She said ok as I walked out. So I walk back to the hotel and get the keys to my truck. Then I drove right by McDonald's and drove up the street to get a Bacon-ator combo from Wendy's. I'm glad I did so because I was back in the hotel parking lot with my meal before 10 pm. McDonald's had only moved through 2 vehicles through the drive-through, which was full at the time. All in all, I went to another restaurant and received service with a smile, my food was prepared quickly, and it was probably a better meal. Burgers tend to taste worse when tainted with poor service, poor work ethic, and poor attitude. As I am staying here for extended stay due to a prolonged business contract, I will be looking for fast food frequently. But I guarantee I will not be looking for food under those golden arches. I added a copy of their hours from their Google site. It is Thursday August 8 and I am closing this review at 10:21 pm.
