ZEO STARS! Deleted the app after trying to use it over 15 times on different days & time. Get thru the whole process to get to final screen to pay, says something went wrong SYSTEM ERROR. Can't use discounts or perks. Company scam to make pay full price. I paid full price each time. Will no longer spend my money at any SONIC!

Ordered two meals and replaced my drink with a blast, was told only one order of fries was added to a total of $25.25. Instead of giving me my fries which came with the order, they took the whole order back and refunded me. That's a total waste of food and I did get my order within a minute so actually felt like it was someone else's order being returned.

Ordered a combo.... received no tots. Called inside only to be told I wasn't charged for them , but receipt displays I was charged for a "combo". Person who answered was very rude so I left...only to get home, open my burger and it was completely WRONG. At least the young lady who brought me my order was nice and pleasant.
