The customer service is horrible. That don’t acknowledge when you walk in through the door. I ordered a salad for the price of the salad she act like she didn’t want to put anything in the small bowl. I had to ask for her to change her gloves after using them to take money from another customer. When I asked for a refund she dropped my money on the counter instead of placing in my hand. Don’t waste your time on your lunch going to this location. Need to close down.

Went there after getting groceries on the way out. I ordered a turkey sandwich and my wife ordered a roast beef add pepperoni. My wife’s sandwich had two slices of roast beef on it and they weren’t even folded to make it look fuller (flat) . When i begun to ask about this not being acceptable the attendant said its extra and gave me and my wife attitude . So we just let it be and left her order alone because we were hungry from being out all day running errands for the Fourth of July . When i ordered my sandwich after hers they repeated everything they said to me when i was deciding what i wanted on my sandwich loudly as if to rush me to get out of the store. I asked for light honey mustard , salt and pepper on it as a topping and instead the lady lathered a sauce i did not ask for on it and when i asked her to stop she kept going and ignored me, while rolling her eyes and muttering something in another language to her cohort . By then it was too late to change anything and i wasn’t about to go through that unpleasant process again so we sucked it up , paid and left for our food. I normally don’t eat fast food (i consider subway fast food) , but i will not be stopping there again , heck if i need to get some grab and go while on the move i guess we’ll go to Burger King because at least there you can “have it your way”. ZERO OUT OF TEN STARS DUE TO POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BEING SKIMPY ON A COUPLE SLICES OF MEAT.

I ordered 2-foot longs 05/26/2025 and after arriving home I noticed they were made incorrectly (toppings were mixed up) I took back up there, and they did remake them, but they still did mine on the wrong bread. I did not care at this point and did not want to drive back up to subway again.

This spot is ok when you want a sandwich for your supper. Their two biggest issues seem to be customer interaction (their is nothing wrong with talking some to the customer while you are making his sandwich); and bridging the sometimes large gap between the sandwich on the commercials and the ones served.

I would give less that one star if it were an option. I get there andthey were out of the cookies I ordered and the girl looked at me like I had 6 heads when I said if I wasn’t getting them I need my money back. Entire online order was wrong, produce on sandwiches and salad looked wilted and owner proceeded to scream at me over the phone and refused to give a refund. I will never visit this store again, not a lose, the staff is so rude, owners treat people like they’re out to get him and just overall the worst human being I’ve ever encountered.
