The two female employees are rude and disrespectful. They both need to be fired. The young male employee was kind and respectful. The food was over priced for what you get and the quality of Assembly of the food. They do not proportion the food correctly at all compared to other store.

The lady at the window was really nice but when I asked to add a cheese cup she stated her manager will not allow her to add anything at the window and I would have to go back around and wait in line to order a cheese cup.

This location isn't the greatest. Doesn't have stock of drinks that they say they do, food is slightly warm at best, and they forgot one of my items. relatively fast service, but the food itself wasn't the greatest.

WAS my favorite taco bell location! But the past few visits have been awful. I used to drive further out of my way to go to this location because it’s always been better, but it’s gone down hill recently. I don’t know if it’s because they’re short staffed or simply because the employees are rude and careless. Coming from someone who has solely worked in customer service, I understand how difficult the job can be, and I know it’s just a taco bell but the attitude and disregard for food quality is absolutely ridiculous. We pulled up to the window after placing an online order for two luxe boxes, and then some, we’re immediately told “I can’t make that.” Not “I can’t make this item” or “Can we substitute that item,” just “I can’t make that.” We had to ask what item couldn’t be made, and then substituted chalupas for hard shell tacos- whatever. I didn’t want to make a big deal because- again, I understand working in customer service (AND food service), and the last thing we need is spit in our food. But then we get home and we’re met with more disappointment. There wasn’t a single full chip, and the cheese… oh my god. I thought the Atoka location had worse food and employees, but I guess I’ll have to reconsider. If this location is short staffed, taco bell needs to do better, if not, find new employees!

Absolutely ridiculous. They act like they don't receive online orders. Then make the food wrong. Then when asked to fix it they stare daggers at you. A clump of cheese and 2 pieces of chicken. Just sad.

Worst experience at Taco Bell. Bad service pretended not to have something even though I have friends that work there and they do, gave me no meat on my crunch wrap not even a tiny bit.not trying to be a Karen but I spent my hard earned money on a Crunchwrap with just tomato’s and lettuce

I ordered a grilled chicken burrito and crunchy supreme taco I waited in line for @ 20 min got home I had a taco with cheese a Chalupa with chicken and a bean burrito chips and dip! It wasn't bad but not what i wanted

I picked up my online order, 2 boxes of soft taco supreme. That's 24 tacos for $54. Out of the 24 tacos, 8 were made properly. The others lacked or didn't have the toppings at all. A few had almost no meat.

The customer service at the drive through was extremely rude. She provided nasty looks and an extreme haughty tone.
A receipt was not offered nor given.

Had a truck with a trailer that would not fit through the drive-thru single lane. The lobby was closed. They would not serve us at the window even though we told them we couldn't fit through the lane.

Do not waste your time or your money here. Serving old food tacos so old shell was stuck to wrapper. We don't need you, you need us. And will not answer the telephone to hear your complaint. I spend my hard earn money for trash.
