Not sure what all the negative reviews are about but everytime i come here, my order is correct, fast and fresh. We literally pass up Atokas Taco Bell even though its closer to come here for good fresh food based on previous experiences. The manager even has her personal number on the drive thru window to correct any wrong orders or address any issues. Best Taco Bell in Tipton County hands down.

There were several cars in line for the drive thru. When I got to the speaker to order 2 taco party pack I was told I would have to go inside. I asked why I had ordered this before at window. I was told they were on a time limit. I told them nevermind I'd go somewhere else where they had the time for me and went to McDonald's and spent my 50$ . Shame that they didn't want that sale .

Been around this Taco Bell for years, consistently poor customer service, consistently have to yell in the drive through having to talk over employees having their own conversation, and they must get paid off the sauces cause they refuse to hand any out when you ask for them.

I think the woman at the drive-thru was high or something. I went there because they were open late. It was about 11. I ordered a cravings box. She said "that doesn't come in a box". I told her that was fine. Just put the food in a bag. All I got back was silence. I asked her if she was there and she said yes. I asked her if she got my order and she said no. I asked why and she said, "because it doesn't come in a box." I once again told her that was fine. I didn't care about the box. Just put the items in a bag. She went silent again and never came back. I left and went to Burger King.

At 10:30pm last night the servers said, "it would be 20 minutes or more til any food could come out the window"...fast food huh? So I left without buying anything.

Very little meat not even a spoon full of grilled chicken on my flat bread and tried to charge 3 dollars for a cup of water also my nacho fries had just a small hand full in the box smh
